If I could give these people 100 stars, I would! We were super lost at first, but we gave them a call and they met us across the bridge and helped us carry our bags up the steep hill, and then up the multiple floors of the hotel. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3

景色滿分！一開窗就是梯田，除了廁所有點味道以及鏡前燈好像不太好使了，其他設施都很好。 晚上山下酒吧唱歌聲音挺大的，如果喜歡安靜的友友可以戴屋裡贈送的耳塞，不過我很喜歡聽，因為這個歌手簡直就是貴州毛不易！聲音巨像，還有點像薛之謙，我們甚至還下樓去聽。 店家非常熱情友好，人類和小動物都是！小貓身上香香的，我好喜歡！

臨時起意要來西江.到的比較晚，而且是最後一間房.卻給足了我驚喜！ 整個民宿新裝修，乾淨 衞生  整潔！全部滿足我的要求.打開窗簾就是田野和苗寨，享受着愜意的時光.西江值得再來！ 還會再來住的！

一句話講就是非常滿意！！！不管是服務還是環境~入住前在來的路上無意中在攜程上面發現了這家民宿，看了評價和店家的圖片之後,毫不猶豫的選擇了它。 訂完房間後店家立刻打來電話告訴我們入住流程並主動前來接我們還幫拿行李 （幫拿行李的酒店我一個大大的誇獎!） 到了民宿以後發現老闆肯定是一個非常講究的人，入住前台外面就是老闆的家小花園，打理的很精心。老闆還養了一衹小貓貓特別可愛~後來店家還幫我們免費升級了房型，就問問這種服務哪裡還有！必須是向山而居民宿。 進入房間以後就被驚艷到了，從房間的窗户就可以一覽苗寨美景，還有個户外小陽台，坐在陽台上的鞦韆吹着晚風欣賞着外面的萬家燈火，好不愜意~而且酒店地理位置非常好，處於中心地帶，不管是吃飯還是遊玩都十分方便。住了一晚感覺都不想離開了於是毫不猶豫的聯繫店家續住，衹想好好擁抱着山中的環境享受着片刻的歡愉。 總而言之非常推薦，大家來苗寨選擇向山而居民宿，如果以後有機會再來貴州千户苗寨的話，我一定還會選擇這家民宿！之後也會推薦給朋友親戚的~

設施：新裝修的，很乾凈。 衞生：乾濕分離，但可能與當地空氣有關，多少有些反味。床品也很乾凈 環境：環境很好，觀景位置極佳 服務：接站服務，建議輕裝入住，蚊蟲較多。

房間視野絕佳，正對苗寨吊腳樓羣和層層梯田。衞生乾淨整潔，小姐姐小哥哥服務都很好，熱情的小哥主動幫忙搬行李上下山,還是一人扛兩個巨大的箱子。居住體驗感非常好！
