Hotel Libano

Worst hotel, they say they have a parking lot and it's not true, the parking area is in the street, they offer hot water and it's also not true, since it doesn't work, the bathroom is dirty and rusty, guest experience is terrible. ____________________ Pésima experiencia, lo primero que preguntamos fue si tenían parqueo y dijeron que si para luego cuando ya estaba pagado y teníamos que guardar el auto nos dijeron que el parqueo era en la calle, reembolso no dan aun sabiendo que ellos nos mintieron, la atención al cliente ahí no existe, el baño del cuarto sucio y sarroso. Dicen que tienen agua caliente y NO es cierto. No lo recomiendo, lo único que tienen a favor es la ubicacion.
