Great stay at Ashley Way!
Very clean and well appointed. The host was responsive to our needs and we enjoyed staying at Ashley! Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and will plan to stay again next time we are in Lexington.

Great for Experiencing KY
Our primary intent on this trip was to go to the Keeneland Horse Track for the Spring Meet. This house is just 10 minutes from the track as well as the airport - very convenient. It’s also only 15 minutes to get downtown, about 45 minutes from Frankfurt and less than 90 minutes to Louisville. Plus, there are several great distilleries nearby, so it’s a perfect location for exploring this area. House was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Kitchen equipped to handle a lot of cooking. Hosts were communicative and helpful without being intrusive. Would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in this area.

Lexington-Great location! Great house!
This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The location is super convenient. The hosts are very cooperative and responsive. The house is beautifully furnished with great outdoor space as well. This house is a perfect spot to stay when in Lexington.

Comfortable for Five
Really enjoyed our stay while visiting Keenland and other local attractions. Our only recommendation is that the kitchen is too small and should be replaced. This recommendation also is appropriate in that the property is rented as a three bedroom and thus should have adequate seating. Thank you.

Great Rental Home
The house is very nicely decorated & very well stocked. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful little things the host supplied. Communication was thorough & prompt- also greatly appreciated! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect for our family
The property was perfect for what our family needed. The host was very responsive with any questions.
The house is in a very quiet and cute, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything needed for a short stay or even an extended stay. The house is very clean and has clean and has supplies to help keep things neat and clean.We will definitely consider staying again.

Nice neighborhood
We came to town to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and Thanksgiving.
The check in and out we're very smooth, the property owner responded very quickly to any questions, we were running a little behind checking out and the owner was very understanding.
Overall it was a great stay and the house suited our needs.
