The Summit Retreat is great place to relax but yet is close to the action. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an air mattress for guests 8&9. A 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery, and shopping at the Summit Center. The Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland 12-15 minutes away. This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and features a private 2nd floor porch off the master suite to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You can unwind on the back patio while sitting on the porch swing or grilling on the gas grill. Grateful Thanksgiving There were no surprises with this property. Everything was as described. The location was great! Since we have family in the area, it was very convenient. Plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property. And I would definitely stay here again.

UK graduation The home was great for myself, my boyfriend, my parents and 11 year old son. Close to restaurants and not far from UK’s campus. Very clean. My son enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great memories were made!!!

Lexington VRBO My coworkers/friends and I were very happy with our stay at Scott’s home. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Thank you so much, Scott! We hope to stay here again next year if we work this event again!!!
