« 服務沒得説，很棒的，早餐種類很多，味道也不錯，酒店很新，設施也比較智能，打掃的也很乾凈，有歡迎飲料，伴手禮，送了咖啡，頂樓觀景簡直是太！棒！了！！！！樓下吃東西也很多很方便，可以腿兒着去布宮，大小昭寺和八廓街。就是車庫有點小，得先辦入住拿上房卡才能讓停車場開門，還有代客泊車，把鑰匙留給停車場小哥哥。我們退房的時候看到小哥哥給我們停在了好寬的一個車位。總的來説很棒了！下次還來住！！ »

« Ce séjour a été absolument fantastique ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à l'extérieur d'un quartier traditionnel, ce qui le rend pratique pour faire du shopping et se restaurer. La chambre était impeccable, la literie douce et confortable, et j'ai dormi incroyablement bien. Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et serviable, et l'enregistrement et le départ ont été rapides. Je reviendrai sans hésiter la prochaine fois ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Le hall est décoré avec style et on s'y sent bien dès l'entrée. La chambre était bien équipée, avec de l'eau chaude en abondance. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et je le recommande vivement ! J'ai passé un séjour parfait ! L'insonorisation de l'hôtel était excellente, ce qui le rendait incroyablement calme la nuit, un véritable moment de détente. La femme de ménage était très minutieuse, laissant même chaque recoin propre. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfait. C'est l'hôtel le plus avantageux que j'aie jamais connu ! La chambre était plus grande que prévu, avec un excellent éclairage, laissant entrer la lumière du jour même sans allumer les lumières. Le personnel était très poli et m'a même indiqué le chemin lorsque je me suis renseigné sur les attractions à proximité. Quelle attention ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! L'expérience a été absolument fantastique ! Le lit était incroyablement confortable et a immédiatement apaisé ma fatigue du voyage. La salle de bain avait un espace bien conçu pour se laver et se désinfecter, et les produits de toilette étaient excellents, sans être donnés. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassés à notre arrivée. La chambre était équipée d'un petit canapé, parfait pour consulter mon téléphone le soir. La réception est ouverte 24h/24, donc j'ai toujours pu trouver quelqu'un si j'avais des questions. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et je reviendrai sans hésiter ! La cuisine népalaise du troisième étage est encore meilleure ! À tester absolument ! »

De la propreté au service, en passant par le petit-déjeuner servi avec des fruits et des yaourts, nous avons été très bien accueillis. « J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première nuit après mon arrivée à Lhassa. Les réceptionnistes étaient plutôt chaleureux et hospitaliers. Ils nous ont accompagnés à l'étage et nous ont expliqué comment utiliser l'oxygénateur. Sur demande, ils nous ont apporté du thé dans notre chambre. Tout était parfait. »

« 初到拉薩，徹底被這座高原聖城打動。空氣清冽，陽光充足，布達拉宮宏偉壯觀，大昭寺香火繚繞，轉經道上滿是虔誠與安寧，慢節奏的生活讓人卸下疲憊，是值得一生奔赴的地方，剛入住出現了輕微高反，身體特別不舒服，原本還很擔心，幸好客服經理清霜特別貼心，及時送來了水果和暖心宵夜，細緻又周到，瞬間緩解了不少不適和焦慮，酒店服務温暖貼心，其他工作人員也態度真誠友善，在這陌生的高原感受到滿滿的安全感，住宿體驗也超出了預期 »

« Ce séjour a été une agréable surprise ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une station de métro juste à côté, ce qui le rend très pratique pour faire du shopping et se restaurer. La réceptionniste était très souriante, a pris les clés rapidement et m'a recommandé des restaurants de spécialités à proximité. Merci beaucoup, directeur Xiaoyang. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, la literie était douce et confortable, et je n'avais pas envie de me lever une fois allongé. La salle de bain était bien séparée en deux parties, l'une sèche et l'autre humide, avec de l'eau chaude à profusion et une température stable. Le plus surprenant était le petit canapé près de la fenêtre. On pouvait s'y préparer une tasse de thé confortablement et admirer le paysage nocturne. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, à la fois chinois et occidental, avec des ingrédients frais et savoureux, et une multitude de détails. Super rapport qualité-prix, j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour et je l'ai recommandé à mes amis ! »

« L'hôtel est magnifique, avec vue sur le magnifique palais du Potala depuis les fenêtres. Les chambres sont entièrement équipées de ventilation, avec oxygène diffus et oxygène par cathéter. « Une fois fermé en pleine saison, je me suis senti très bien. Je suis venu au Tibet cette fois pour jouer. Je vois que Lassa a bientôt ouvert la saison, et c'est nouveau, je suis décidé de le essayer. Dès que je suis arrivée à l'hôtel, je trouve que le hall de l'hôtel est très grand, lumineux, les serveurs de la réception sont très bons, mais rient face aux invités, et il est très clair d'expliquer les questions aux invités. Retournez à l'hôtel le lendemain après-midi, voulez vous rasoir un peu, trouver le sac de poche sans vous avoir donné, demandez à la réception de le prendre et vous le renvoyer rapidement à la chambre; La nuit avant de partir, parce que j'ai rencontré le chauffeur à 13 heures, j'ai également dit à la réception. Le serveur de la réception connaît bien nos difficultés. Il nous aide immédiatement à retarder notre départ, de sorte que nous ne devions pas rester dans le hall à 12 heures. Situé à proximité des principaux sites touristiques de la ville, mais toujours calme et suffisamment isolé pour un séjour relaxant (la zone de l'hôtel est immense pour le Tibet !). J'ai été accueilli dans un décor traditionnel ******* avec un service efficace et agréable de la part de tout le personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre est grande, propre et équipée d'un humidificateur, d'un concentrateur d'oxygène et d'un sèche-cheveux Dyson. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était agréable avec un petit plat à la carte que tous les clients pouvaient commander à partir d'un menu. La nourriture était correcte avec un mélange d'options occidentales, chinoises et tibétaines »
