BIPENG SEASONSPRING RESORT

Beautiful place, comfortable bed, big spacious room, good customer service. Hotel has many indoor hot springs but I didn’t try. 4 good washers and few washers are provided for convenience of guests. However, cleanliness needs improvement. For example, our room has dirt ( or may be cigarette ash) inside the wash basin and surrounding. Drinking water dispenser tray is very dirty . Furthermore, wall near lift is dirty and smeared with brown drink streaks, carpet inside lift well is dark and soiled. If the hotel can improve on cleanliness, it would be an excellent place to stay.

Thanks to the patience of Mr Peng at the front desk and the helpful female owner/manager, we were able to reach Jiuzhaigou entirely by public transport, with multiple transfers, without having to return to Chengdu for the high-speed rail to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station. Apparently, only rooms on the fifth floor are equipped with air conditioning, while rooms on other floors have fans. Mr Peng kindly assisted us in arranging a room transfer from the fourth to the fifth floor on our second night. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and spotless. Guests also have access to a free onsen area. I was particularly impressed by the quality convenience of the water dispenser, nightly campfires (weather permitting), and smart controls. The Bipenggou entrance is less than a kilometre away, though a morning drop-off service from the hotel would make visiting even more convenient. The breakfast spread was extensive, but international guests might miss options like a coffee machine. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel in Bipenggou, and I can confidently say it's the best accommodation option in the area. If you're planning to visit this stunning natural destination, look no further! The location simply cannot be beaten. The hotel is within comfortable walking distance to the main attractions and the entrance to the Bipenggou scenic area. After a long day of hiking and exploring the beautiful landscapes, it was such a relief to have just a short walk back to the hotel. No need to worry about arranging transportation or waiting for shuttles – everything you need is right at your doorstep. The breakfast spread was outstanding and definitely a highlight of my stay. It was the perfect way to fuel up before a day of adventure in the mountains. This is hands-down the best hotel in Bipenggou. The unbeatable location, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service make it worth every penny. Whether you're visiting for the autumn foliage or the ice and snow scenery, this hotel provides the perfect base for your Bipenggou adventure.
