Avis : Lixian Bipeng·Shiguang Hot Spring Hotel

The staff can speak English well. They are super helpful and friendly. The room was super big which they upgraded for us. The beds are really comfortable. The hotel has the restaurant onsite and tastes good for the hot pot menu. For breakfast, simple Chinese one but really good. Highly recommend

Our stay was very pleasant, the family room is decorated adorably and the view was nice. They had a nice garden in front of the hotel with plenty of pavilions where you can sit and relax, as well as open air hot spring pools on the third floor. We especially enjoy soaking in the hotspring pools, overlooking the mountain scenery and breathing in the fresh air. The breakfast spread was good, so for two consecutive days we ate at the hotel restaurant and very much enjoyed the food. The hotpot was tasty and the portion was huge, and we also really like the stir fried pork belly. Before we checked out the staff helped us book for a ride to Chengdu per our request. Overall a very nice place for a getaway where you can enjoy natural scenery 😊

Highly recommended!! My family likes this place very much. The bedroom is very cute. Even though we don't have children, we enjoy it. The surrounding atmosphere of the hotel is good. The bathroom equipment is complete. The dinner at the hotel is delicious. The staff, the chef are kind and helpful. And I am very lucky that the hotel staff helped find a rental car with a driver to travel to Heishui.

The location of the hotel is really near Bipenggou (about 5 minutes riding). Just stop already helpful although I check in late, they help me with warm greeting. The room is quite big enough for two persons and there are family rooms for four persons too.

The first thing to mention is the friendliness of the staff. They were so helpful and responsive all the time. The room was clean, spacious with a nice view. The hot spring, or pool, was a luxury with a great view of the valley. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of local food. On the first evening, we had yak hotpot in the restaurant and it was delicious. The Bipenggou ticket office is about 2.7 km away, which is a nice walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our 3-night stay.

Beautiful views and good services. Staffs at hotel really polite and helpful. BBQ at hotel tastes so good. And I really like hot spring there. The room clean and so comfy. I can’t wait to go there again next time. 😊

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Great Service and Friendly Staff I’m Thai and had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff helped arrange a car to Bipenggou, making everything easy for us. A Chinese staff member was very kind and tried hard to talk to us and help, even with the language difference. I really appreciated their effort. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff is very helpful and best service mind. Helped us manage van, bus, taxi ! Super ! As foreigners sometimes it’s difficult to communicate but he helped a lot.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is sufficient. There’s rice porridge with pickled vegetables and steamed dumplings. My family especially enjoyed the hot spring. After a long day of walking and traveling a dip in the hot spring was really relaxing.
