酒店硬件總體來説還是不錯的，而且陽台房正對山景，景色很不錯。但是：1、酒店房間和走廊有濃重的裝修味道，我個人對氣味敏感，呆了一會兒就感覺頭昏。2、酒店服務水平一言難盡：（1）要求16點後入住，12點退房。在攜程這麼多年來定的酒店，還沒有碰到過不允許延退的，更何況我們頭一天下午按照要求17點多才入住，第二天和前台説能不能延到2點，工作人員立刻面無表情斬釘截鐵説不能，給人體驗感非常差，即便是酒店有規定，也可以用更加符合服務行業規範的話術來回答，不用這麼冰冷，瞬間體驗感很差。不過最後查到我們確實入住比較晚，也同意延退了。（2）房卡入住當天晚上就刷不開門，給入住時候前台加微信的工作人員反應，不回微信也不接電話（至今都無答覆），不明白讓加這個微信圖什麼，打總機電話説找人送上來，等了十多分鐘也沒人（3）早餐工作人員：煮海鮮粥的大姐，一言難盡。煮麪的大姐人就非常好。 總的來説，顧客不是**，在連城這種地方，該酒店的價格與配套的服務絕對是不匹配的，一部分工作人員的專業能力如果不提升，你們就看看客户會不會純粹為風景持續付款這麼高的溢價。
