非常非常非常驚喜，在還沒有到店的時候，大概是晚上10點多，前台小姐姐打電話問大概什麼時候到，需不需要提前為我們打開空調，然後12點多到房間，非常涼爽，還很貼心的點了驅蚊噴霧遇到一點點的小問題，前台小姐姐特別温柔，非常快速的響應並且解決好了，還貼心的送了水和好吃的桃子，還送了早餐券，非常不好意思麻煩她，她超級客氣超級有禮貌（工作原因沒少住酒店，這個小姐姐的服務態度是真的好！房間整體的環境，床品和毛巾這些的舒適度都很好，酒店的拖鞋會比一般的要稍微厚一點的，衞生也很乾凈很整潔酒店的早餐也還蠻不錯的，種類很多，服務人員都很有禮貌！再次感謝我的前台小姐姐，接待和處理問題都帶點小跑，態度超好！下次如果還有住酒店的需求，一定會首先考慮維也納！
