En me présentant avec mon check-in, j'ai été accueilli par le service de la porte et (Manuel Molina ) à la réception de l'hôtel était très utile et professionnel, il m'a guidé tout le processus et il a expliqué toutes les hébergements de l'hôtel. Je veux aussi dire que tout le personnel, le porte-man, le capitaine de cloche, le service de la chambre était hors et au-delà, je veux souligner que le restaurant est extraordinaire, la nourriture est excellente, et le personnel de cuisine très incroyable. Je voudrais vous recommander des hébergements sur des chambres de luxe. L'attention et l'environnement amiable du personnel de cet hôtel le rend un 5 🌟s Je le recommande de plus en plus.

On one of my many stays at the GA hotel, I experienced severed allergies due to the air freshener they use for their rooms, after reporting my situation to Mr. Martinez he immediately provided me to another room and made sure they don't use the product in questioned, since then every time I stay at the GA they are very caution and attentive to my condition since my allergies can trigger my asthma. Taking such responsibility and to have immediate empathy to my situation is part of a great leader and CS representative.
