The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both leisure and business stays. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and all standard amenities are provided. Staff are polite and always willing to help. The location is convenient, with easy access to attractions and transportation. The price is reasonable, making it great value for money. Suitable for families, couples, or solo travelers.

Clean, efficient, good breakfast. Parking was easy. Served its purpose for a one night business trip. Would stay again.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and rooms and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite and parking was available free of charge. We stayed for breakfast and that was nice, standard breakfast consisting of both hot food, pastries, cereals, bread, fruit. I especially liked that they had paper bags available to grab and go. The location was right for us as a 1 night stop off through our journey but there is not much in the area if staying longer

Unfortunately this hotel is in need of improvement. The room had a bad smell and the 2nd room had the same terrible smell and no heating. I will not return to this hotel. Rooms were also quite dirty. Very expensive for what is on offer

Booked a triple room which was a double bed and sofa bed when we arrived sofa bed wasn’t made and there wasn’t any bedding available. Also the heating wouldn’t work in the room

Hotel is very clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Great location, near to the M6 and A38. Breakfast included. Free parking.

Staff at reception extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast excellent value and staff once again very helpful. Car park great,location great. Super value

I dont mind spending money But £114 is over the top for one night and my breakfast was awful and the lowest i could think of ,and the orange juice tasted as if one orange had been used per gallon lol ,This is not the Ritz ,and a nightmare to find for me from Lichfield town -I would stop here again ,but not too often
