The people who ran the Hôtel were rude. They always answered us with a rude tone and were always ready to argue. We had taken a room with three beds and found two, so we rightly went to the recepcion. They told us they would add one, but we doubted about the space that would be left in the room and they started comparing the prices of triple rooms in other hotels, reading them aloud to us. To be ashamed of! When we went to see the room ready and prepared, we had no problems, because even with the third bed there was enough space. The following morning, during breakfast, we had decided to change the hotel with the one in front, where we had a good time in the past, also because we were told that if we wanted to leave there would be no problems. We check out at 10 in the morning. We find that breakfast cost € 15 per person (on booking it cost € 12) including the 7 year old girl that would have paid full price. We say that this is the first hotel where a kid pays full price for breakfast, which, by the way, just drank some juice and ate some cereal, (I drank a cappuccino and ate two pancacke). The reception clerk told us, and I quote, "I can't wait for you to go". Atrocious! If you are unable to socialize and communicate with other people, go to work elsewhere! And if you don't like customers particularly, keep it for yourself! Also because it is the customers who pays and not vice versa.
