Lijiang Fine Art · Ancient Town Panorama Art Resort Hotel (Old Town Waterwheel Store of Lijiang)

Lijiang is most magical place i ever been but on top of that staying in hotel made my trip so much worth their service is top notch staff are very helpful as eventho i was foreigner they will go above and beyond to help you they are very nice and friendly, room's view and environment of the hotel is very calm and soothing feels like zen vibes overall i highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back to stay in this hotel if i ever go back to Lijiang.

북문 바로 앞 차량으로 진입가능하여 캐리어 손상없이 체크인 가능했습니다. 고성뷰가 보이는 방 너무나도 좋았고 조식 레스토랑도 뷰가 참 좋았습니다. 호텔 위치가 물레방아 근처라 위치도 참 좋았어요

Enjoyed our stay here as buses and cars and able to access in to drop off your luggage. Love the roof top bar and view where you can take instagrammable photos without anyone queuing behind you to pressure you. Night view are awesome, nearby our hotel there are live band bars with good music. Plenty of food within the vicinity. One of the staff 欢欢 also helped us book our day trip at a good price and organised the transport for us at ease. Great hospitality! One thing to take note of is, because it’s an ancient town, there’s no elevator so better travel light!

Location was great with the hotel being next to the entrance to the old town, which makes travelling easy as DiDi can stop at the hotel entrance (cars can’t enter the old town). Service was good with friendly & helpful staff and the free laundry service is perfect for long stays! The only downside is the hotel name. It’s listed as Fine Art on Trip.com, but the hotel calls itself FINAI and is for some reason listed as Pushe or Lijiang Trend hotel on DiDi and Baidu/ Apple Maps, which made initial locating of the hotel slightly challenging.

Lovely hotel Location is the best, no need to drag the luggage over cobblestone View from my room is marvelous Staff, especially Rita, was super friendly and supportive- of course she can speak English! Will definitely come back for sure Highly recommend for non-CHN tourists ดีมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ

The hotel was nice, strategic location (easy to access with luggage compare to other hotels / stay inside the lijiang old town which might have many stairs inside), they have laundry room and was reliable! I can say for new hotel, they have provided us with 10/10 service rating. the amenities on the room was enough, but pretty sure bigger pump of shampoo and shower gel might be better for the future! They still have work ongoing the hotel, however it doesn’t bother us staying there. It’s getting more and more aesthetic. Will be staying there for sure when I get back to Lijiang! Even though never got the opportunity to have breakfast on the hotel, however Ms Jenny and the hotel’s chef have arranged and packed us breakfast that was delicious. Ms Jenny and other staffs there were very helpful, fast response!
