Choose to stay here because its a new 5stars hotel in the area. It is a really mixed feeling about this hotel. Let me list down the pros/cons. Pro: - right above lijiang ancient town - bed and duvet are super comfortable - they have bidet and heated floor!! 👍🏻 - room interior is beautiful and well equipped. So many free goodies. - the view from breakfast area is AMAZING. On good days You can see the mountain from there - their butler service is SUPER amazing! THANK U LI JIAHAO (and friends!!) for you excellent service during our stay. He is so fast, reliable and attentive. You all are the highlight of my stay in this hotel👍🏻 Cons: - its a physical challenge right from you get of your car. its above lijiang ancient town, so check in/out, go to ancient town or back to the hotel you have to climb/down stairsss. Travel with little kids or elderly? Avoid!! - unstable hot water for shower. The average weather was 1c during our stay, to shower with lukewarm water is a nightmare. - its a really small hotel more like guest house, and our room is near busy street that is very noisy! I can hear car honking even at midnight and as early at 6am😭. - breakfast is average - it was my birthday during my stay. The hotel did not give any attention at all, not even a birthday note, let alone a little cake. Our butler help my husband went buy cake late at night so I can have a little celebration 😅😅 - in my opinion it is more suitable to be called 4stars hotel. And price is too high I expect more benefits like any other 5stars hotels, yet other 5stars hotel price is 1/3 less (beside Amandayan obviously) compare to this hotel. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay. But will not return here for my next trip.

The hotel, an ancient school with temple, has been expertly renovated (it won a design award in Milan) and every room has delightful details, the terrace with bells has an incredible view of the most important square of the old city is very relaxing.Our room had a view of the beautiful mountain at sunrise. The most beautiful thing about our stay, however, was the attention towards us from all the staff, the delicious breakfast and dinner were personalized according to our tastes and we recived all possible support continously. We participated to tea ceremonies, one of which was officiated by a "tea master" and also afternoon tea with pastries. It should be noted that everything was included in the cost of the room, together with a course to learn how to cook the typical flower sweets of Lijiang, as well other amenities. Special thanks to the entire butlers team with whom we were able to communicate via WeChat before and during the stay to organize transfers and trips and in particular to Miss Becky Wei who personally accompanied us by foot to see the famous garden outside the city and speaking English she provided us with many useful explanations about the tea ceremony. A special thanks also to the misses who offered us tea several times in the ceremony room, they were both patient and welcoming !

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located at the centre of Lijiang ancient town, location wise, it was perfect because we wanted to explore the town on foot. The hotel's interior was top notch, combining oldish chinese architecture with modern style. The staffs were amazing, added us in WeChat and replying us very fast. The hotel also offers free photography qjth ethnic clothes for free, take it, you won't regret as our results were very good. Overall 10/10 for everything. Side note: Make sure t contact the staff on WeChat so they can help you with your luggages when you arrive. Becareful on the steps during rainy day.

Great location and the hotel service was great. We had a good time in Lijiang with Qianxue

We booked two rooms for family . Two different style of room ,each room got very nice condition and everything is new . Nice view at 2nd floor and big room at level one room. We Must Thank to all the staffs who provide us good services and The handsome boy LiHui take care of us very well and very nice guy. We looking forward see again soon

我一般不寫評價，除非特別好，這次旅行很開心，很有禪意的一家酒店，客房裡的硬件軟件都很用心，見微知著。酒店坐落在獅子山半山腰，下台階幾步就是古城大水車，早餐、下午茶、酒吧都可以看到不同角度的麗江美景，推薦給大家。
