Emplacement : Excellent ! Niché au cœur de la vieille ville. Calme et paisible, à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de la rue animée de Sifang (四方街). Service : Personnel très sympathique qui nous a contactés avant notre arrivée. À notre arrivée, elle nous a remis un plan de la ville et nous a conseillés pour visiter la vieille ville. Elle nous a surclassés dans une chambre donnant sur le jardin, car elle était disponible avec une occupation dégressive après le séjour du 5.1. Équipements : La chambre était spacieuse et neuve. Un téléviseur projecteur peut être connecté à un iPhone. Les toilettes sont équipées d'un siège chauffant et d'une chasse d'eau automatique. La douche est équipée d'un ventilateur/chauffage pour éviter les rhumes. Une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge est à disposition des clients. Vue : Le jardin intérieur est magnifiquement entretenu. Ma fille a pu cueillir des cerises, des fraises et des myrtilles. Le restaurant est situé juste au bord de la rivière et est relié à l'autre rive par un pont. Autres : Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Il comprend des nouilles, des œufs, des fruits, des légumes, du porridge et du lait de soja. L'hôtel a également fourni des costumes autochtones à ses clients. Ma fille a adoré les porter.

Je suis impressionné par le service chaleureux et authentique. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour que vos vacances se déroulent au mieux.

Fog Gallery Inn has such a chill vibe and lovely atmosphere, right in the southern part of Lijiang—super convenient location. We really enjoyed the free afternoon café time with live music. The staff were super friendly and helpful—they even contacted us before our trip to sort out the logistics and make sure everything was smooth. Big thanks to 阿乐 for showing us around and recommending some awesome local food when we first arrived in Lijiang!

This charming traditional inn is nestled in a stunning flower garden. The room we had was modern and spotlessly clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit platter was a lovely welcoming touch. Located in ancient city and it's a 3 minutes walk on cobbled stones from main road.

Great stay in Lijiang old town. Lots of eatery around, the view tot he river is stunning, very warm hospitality from the hotel host ! Flower biacuit is extremely nice too

No words to describe how amazing our stay was here. The place is clean and location is great. Right in the middle of the Old Town. The view from the room (facing the river) was very pleasant! The owner and staff were all welcoming and friendly, even when there was language barrier. They made us feel comfortable throughout the stay! They also arranged the pickup and drop off (from the airport and to the train station a week in advance) and everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great value for money! Plus, the breakfast was delicious too!

This hotel provides superb hospitality, best I've ever received indeed! From the chinese tea with pastry session upon checking in, to the afternoon tea/coffee at their beautiful garden, they even provide dessert at night before sleep! Not to mention the friendly receptionist 婷婷 who proactively contacted me to arrange for my pick before check in and transport after check out. Make sure u choose this hotel when u come to Lijiang... U won't regret it!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and were very impressed overall, especially with the staff, who provided excellent care and assistance with everything. The hotel offers an airport transfer service, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, with beautiful surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere, and a great ambiance. If we have the chance, we would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff 阿宝 was very helpful in arranging activities/drivers (just needed to WeChat him). The location can’t be beat as it was convenient to everything both in the ancient town and outside the ancient town. We had an extended stay so it was super helpful to have onsite washer/dryer to do our laundry. Even though our room was directly above the restaurant it was quiet. We are sensitive to smoke as non-smokers from a country where smoking is banned in all public places, and while smoking is allowed in the restaurant, our room did not smell like smoke which was very important to us. Would definitively stay here again.
