Excellent location. It's right by the big water wheels entrance of Lijiang Old Town. Clean room and nice bathroom. Excellent service at front desk, they are eager to help guests.

Location is the best ,beside is the lijiang old town, da sui che. Surrounded by many eateries and shopping. Breakfaat is quite good with a lot of choice. Hotel is still new👍👍👍

The room is clean and spacious. The receptionist (evening team) was very helpful and informative. The location is just at the corner of ancient town and a walking distance to Heilongtan.

Receptionist is helpful in arranging day trip for us. Hotel location is the best with acceptable walking distance to lijiang old town. Room is new but be careful with the odor of new built in furniture. Overall is comfortable to stay.

Amazing hotel close to the Lijiang old town! Special thanks to Qin Wei who help me out with an unusual dilemma. She went above and beyond to serve customers! We appreciate everyone that has took good care of us during this trip. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone!

環境：環境不錯，從房間裏面看出去就是大水車，風景很漂亮。地理位置好，周邊有很多美食和商城，吃飯逛街很方便。設施：酒店內的設施齊全，音箱和衞浴體驗感很好，除了健身房略簡單了一點，其他都不錯。早餐是自助的，種類比較多，味道還不錯。

這次入住麗江超棒的酒店，房間可以直接看到大研古城，錯落有致的古城房屋，簡直不用去樓下古城轉了，陽台上就能喝喝小酒，當做觀景咖啡酒館 · 房間設施很新，洗手間也很舒服，雖然稍稍小一點，不過可能是格局關係（原來老酒店改的，應該也沒法加了） · 桔子水晶酒店房間配的小餅乾和水都很不錯，巴馬水，包裝也很有質感，水不夠一樓大廳也可以自取，早餐特別好，還能吃到餌絲，這次來就是為了這碗大理餌絲，幾年前吃過特別喜歡。

房間高雅，前台有禮，停車位假日會緊張，辦理入住不要太晚，我差不多晚上十時半才入住，被分配到低層，街上會很嘈雜，洗衣機及供乾機各只有兩部，晚上9:00至12:00會很多人使用。洗衣機及供乾機會有QR code小程式跟蹤洗衣流程，（但是有些住客在洗衣完畢不可取，只貼紙張寫下自己房号，希望工作人員帮忙洗衣完後代乾衣及送上方，而導至衣服清洗完後没取理，令至其他住客不能使用）希望貴酒店更改流程，要住客自己取回衣物
