一般極少給酒店寫評論，這次實在忍不住寫一寫。新開業的酒店，居然但一點味道都沒有，非常贊。帶孩子入住，前台非常貼心給升級到了親子房，房間設施非常齊全，全屋地暖，比空調一直吹舒服多了。酒店的服務也都非常貼心，入住時的歡迎甜點，每天的晚安甜湯，讓人賓至如歸。酒店位置也非常方便，從酒店後門出去就是麗江古城河忠義市場，入住體驗非常好！

我非常滿意這次的入住，酒店坐落於麗江古城的邊上，裝修清新雅緻，從進去的時候開始看到酒店的佈置和裝修就非常驚艷，因為是新開業的所以設施也很新。
當中略有一些小插曲，房間地漏有漏水，但是前台和經理迅速為我們調換了房間，其中我特別滿意的是行李箱服務，非常卓越地考慮在顧客的前面，全程行李箱都不需要我們自己拿。
贈送的果盤和點心也都很精美，服務人員態度非常温和有禮貌。我一般評價都是差評才有動力點評，這次是好評，希望酒店可以繼續努力調整硬件設施！
【忘記拍酒店的房間外的花園景觀了，但是有梅花鹿可以投喂，整體非常雅緻，不會令人失望的哈！】

在住旅客已經迫不及待要給這個酒店狂點贊！！！
新開的酒店，設施新不用説！一開始因為店家評價少心裏還有些擔憂.入住了三天都捨不得走了，前台小哥哥小姐姐們不僅很有禮貌而且有求必應！展開説説給各位朋友參考！
服務；沒話説，每天見到前台這些小哥哥小姐姐大家都會問好！晚上回來也會很貼心讓我們早點休息。幫我們升級去了房間！酒店安排接機（4個人我們要了7座，酒店也安排了！），從我們到酒店那一刻開始，有小姐姐和小哥哥在門口等我們幫我們拿行李。辦入住的時候，工作人員拿了一些他們自己做的酸酸甜甜的果汁和小甜點讓我們先飽了口福！到房間會有水果，點心。第二天還送了銀耳。入住期間，逛累了在休閑區坐着曬太陽，小姐姐主動端來水果，甜點，咖啡，果茶。意外的享受了頓下午茶。酒店有個茶吧，主要是東西都是他們自己做的很乾凈又好吃，入住期間我要了他們的甜點咖啡，都是不需要付費。我先生還要了普洱茶來房間沖，他們也送來了😂茶葉不是茶包，是真茶葉！反正我真的覺得有求必應。服務堪比海底撈！
設施：房間很大（如圖），有地暖也有空調，冬天來感覺特暖和，而且他們很細心，酒店常規有的我就不説了。比較貼心的是，吧枱有一整套可以自己手磨咖啡的工具。備了一次性洗臉巾，洗衣液，還有適合孩子畫畫的鉛筆尺子橡皮擦剪刀指甲鉗！衞生間是乾濕分離，智能馬桶。自動窗簾！
衞生：畢竟是新酒店，房間衞生我是很滿意！公共區域每天可以看到工作人員在打掃，這個季節，水池面上是一點落葉都沒有！
環境：自己來看！涉及很漂亮！位屬於古城外圍，近忠義市場，去玉龍雪山的專線就在酒店外面，走出去就能坐，車可以直到酒店門口，酒店有個後門直達古城內。重點是晚上很安靜！很好睡！
朋友，閉眼入住！我們這趟麗江之旅最治癒的就是入住了該酒店的！明天要走了，還有工作人員主動問我們“需要幾點用車？”感動😹住出了五星級酒店的體驗！入住了三天最真切的感受！強推！

Very attentive, thoughtful and hospitable services are provided at this hotel. The choices of coffee, red wine and tea leaves provided in the room are amazing. A wide range of breakfast options are available. The hotel is located very close to the ancient town, it is a hidden gem in the city!

We have great time staying at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is just beside the lijiang old town. Very thoughtful service of providing sumptuous Breakfast, fruits baskets, afternoon teas, night time desserts. Great ambiance of luxury and relaxing. Will come back again for family trip soon

Our stay at Arula-J hotel exceeded all of our expectations! After being picked up by their driver we were brought to the hotel, which is incredibly beautiful! It’s in the middle of Lijiang, but it’s a haven of peace. If you go through the magical side door you are in the middle of old town, which makes the location perfect. The rooms are stunning and super luxurious, you can feel the attention and love in every detail. But what made our stay extra special are the people in this hotel. The lovely ladies at the front desk, the cute people from housekeeping, the sweet people at the coffee bar and ofcourse the amazing bosses really did everything to make our stay the best experience possible. It was my birthday during our stay and they did everything to make it the best day ever, and they succeeded! From arranging shows for us, to giving restaurant tips (and even walking us there), arranging a Dongba paper making workshop and helping us discover local tea and coffee everything they did was done so carefully and to perfection! The breakfast and coffee/tea bar were both also really delicious! We were so sad we had to leave this hotel and can’t wait to come back one day! We give this hotelThank you for everything!

Fantastic hotel that I would pickagain in a heartbeat! Not only is the hotel very stylish, designed and decorated very thoughtfully. The surrounding is very pleasant and soothing in midst of a buzzing street. But where my biggest compliment goes to is the service. The staff at Arula J is not only one but many extra miles to make the stay an unforgettable one. No wish was left unfulfilled! I would definitely stay here again next time!

Such a fantastic discovery in Lijiang! We stayed 3 nights in this new B & B and its decor, service and security all equivalent to hotel standard. It is in a super location. Moreover the boss was very generous and gave us complimentary drinks.
