Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang

This is a superbly beautiful hotel with every room facing yulong snow mountain. The room was large and service staff ( Owen and Ava) were very on the ball, responding to our wechats with minimal delay. The hotel is also located within the yulong mountain scenic area, making travelling to and fro very fast. Totally enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was good, tea was offered free daily and food at their restaurant was also yummy. I think the only think lacking was the lack of heating in the toilet. It wld have been good to have a hot air blower and heated toilet seats especially during winter because it can get quite cold.

Dining & Hospitality at Jinmao Purel Yulong — Beyond Expectations The restaurant at Jinmao Purel Yulong truly surprised us — the food quality easily surpasses most restaurants in Lijiang Ancient Town. Every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. While prices are slightly on the higher side, the experience, ambience, and ingredients more than justify it. A special shout-out to Luna and Fiona, who took such wonderful care of me and my family throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel completely at home, turning our trip into something truly memorable. Waking up each morning to the majestic view of Yulong Snow Mountain still feels unreal — a sight that lingers long after checkout. If you’re visiting the area, don’t hesitate to dine in and stay here for a couple of nights — it’s an experience that blends nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in the best way possible. I will be back to this hotel if I ever comes to Yunnan again

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The decor and design are absolutely beautiful, seamlessly blending modern luxury with the natural surroundings. The staff provided exceptionally attentive and comprehensive service, making us feel well-cared for throughout our visit. The activities offered, such as stargazing, were unique and a fantastic way to experience the location. We encountered only one minor issue: as overseas travelers, we found it a bit difficult to contact the hotel prior to our arrival. It would be incredibly helpful if there were an option for email or WeChat messaging for international inquiries. Furthermore, the hotel's amazing packages (like the upcoming Geminid Meteor Shower offer) are a hidden gem if you have wechat to lookup their upcoming offers. Given the exceptional quality, service, and unique experiences, it's a standout value. While the service is fantastic, non-Mandarin speakers should be prepared for a primarily Chinese-speaking environment, as the hotel caters mainly to the domestic market. Additionally, do research the climate before booking as the summer to early autumn months the cloudy and rainy weather may obscure the mountain view. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious and tranquil mountain retreat!

Service is superb and every staff there is very patient and polite . Room and environment is excellent hands down . They have some amazing free classes and paid classes which all is amazing too . The most amazing thing is u will able to see Yulong snow mountain from your balcony and that’s a big bonus . Here I wanted to special compliment a staff name Edison that is very nice and helpful throughout my stay . 10 out of 10 for my stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel’s outstanding service standards. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucass at the front desk, who was always warm and attentive, and to our personal butlers, Zola and James, whose thoughtful support and attention to detail made a world of difference. What truly set this experience apart were the many personal touches that made our stay unforgettable. We were given a daily programme schedule, and when they heard that I injured myself, they provided me with medicated spray. On my birthday, the team also specially arranged a cake for me — such a kind and memorable gesture. Complimentary transport to and from the visitors centre made our excursions seamless and stress-free. One of the standout moments was during breakfast, when we mentioned in passing that we really liked the lychees. To our delight, the chef personally packed some for us to take away — a simple yet incredibly thoughtful act that reflects the heart of the hospitality here. If you’re looking for a place where genuine care and thoughtful service are part of the everyday experience, this hotel is a perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already dreaming of our next visit.
