Huashijian Inn (Lijiang Ancient City Mufu Branch)

The courtyard is very famous, the landlady and the inn brother are very enthusiastic, will recommend a lot of places to play, the room is very clean, the hotel location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, this trip is very pleasant

Nice and cozy place like everywhere in this old town. But I couldn’t recommend it because people who manage it are not friendly nor helpful at all. It looks like we are bothering them. I didn’t feel welcoming. Too bad…

The hotel is strategically located on Lijiang Old Town Near Chuanyi market. Close to the bus stop. You can take bus no. 101 to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Recommend this hotel !

While the hotel benefits from an excellent location in the ancient town, being very near the gate and amenities, the rooms themselves are very small, rundown, and have several issues including chipped flooring, a stained toilet, and a non-functional water heater; the one positive was the friendly and helpful lady at the front desk, making it a passable option for just 1-2 nights if location is your sole priority.

Pros-we got a very reasonable price for 4 nights at this inn. Short 2min walk to main road where you can get didi. Hotel will meet you there to help you with your luggage if you inform them in advance of your arrival. It will be hard if you get a hotel deep inside ancient city as the cobbled streets are hard to walk and your luggage will be decimated. You can book shuttle bus to/from Jade dragon mountain from reception, you can put hotel number and the receptionist will tie you up with the guide. It cost 49 yuan per pax. Cons-housekeeping is basic if you stay several nights. No cleaning or making of beds just replacing towels and toiletries only. Alot of smoking in the lobby incl hotel staff so if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke be sure to request for a smoke free room. Bed is springy so if you are heavy set or likes a firm bed it might not suit you. No place/wardrobe to hang clothes.

Very good location. Just few minutes walk to zhongyi market. So you will find a lot of good food to eat. LiJiang gu zhen is very big and this stay is located at the corner of gu zhen. (Don’t stay in deep of guzhen as you will cry when carry your luggage. ) so this location means perfect for me~ Also, the owner of this stay have a good communication with me before I reached their stay, very quick response. If you planned to go YuLong mountain by the bus, you can walk to the bus stop in 5 minutes.
