Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel de Lijiang. Tout dans l'hôtel lui-même est soigneusement conçu, propre et chaleureux. Chaque fois que vous franchissez la porte et entrez dans la belle cour, vous vous sentez calme et en paix. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour que votre séjour en vaille la peine et soit inoubliable - un grand merci à Milk, Wang Ting et Big Bear pour tous leurs efforts et à être disponible via WeChat à tout moment pour répondre à toute demande.

Le Yunnan est un endroit dont j'ai toujours rêvé, et Lijiang en tant que premier arrêt nous a laissé de nombreux bons souvenirs. L'auberge sous les arbres verts est une famille d'accueil décorée par un designer. Le prix d'ouverture du nouveau magasin est très abordable. Chaque détail est bien fait. J'aime particulièrement les chambres de l'auberge. Le style de décoration est ce que j'aime vraiment, et j'en suis tombé amoureux au premier regard. Mettez-le dans une pièce propre, bien rangée, bien équipée, un sèche-cheveux à vent, des toilettes intelligentes, etc. C'est vraiment un bon rapport qualité-prix et très économique. Il y a un artiste du thé professionnel dans le magasin qui nous divertira pour le thé et discutera avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme. Ce thé Pu'er est le meilleur que j'aie jamais bu. Merci au gérant du magasin de nous avoir indiqué les précautions à prendre à Lijiang, et les stratégies nécessaires pour Fangkeng, ce qui nous a été d'une grande aide. C'est un voyage parfait et recommandé. J'espère que les touristes qui viennent à Lijiang peuvent aussi espérer que j'ai de la chance et que j'ai choisi une famille d'accueil de haute qualité. recommander! ! !

Super wow, super satisfait, éloge cinq étoiles. C'est certainement rentable. La famille d'accueil nouvellement ouverte a un excellent emplacement. C'est juste à une entrée de la ville antique. Love the hotel. Very aesthetic and clean. Staff name Tom was very helpful n tried his best to help us. The evening tea was tasty. They even have self service laundry.

Hotel is conveniently located just outside of the old town so we could alight from the car and check in without having to pull the luggage along the cobblestone roads. The reception area is beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with an elaborate welcome tea set (rose biscuits, crossiants, cakes, 2 types of tea, and fresh fruit platter). TOM was extremely helpful in helping us plan our itenary and eventually helping us book the tour to YULONG snow mountain. He also upgraded us to a suite (I believe ) for our entire stay. Tom’s service is impeccable. He would prepare takeaway breakfast for us on the morning of our tour and checked with us daily if we wanted the afternoon tea set to be sent to the room.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lijiang. First, the location just across a quiet street from old town means you are close to all the charm of the ancient treasures of Lijiang and you have a calm place to return after your dinner or other destinations. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped for a perfect stay, whether long or short. Your needs are well accommodated with a fresh breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or late night sweet soup and Chinese night cap. Some of our best times were just relaxing in our room or the courtyard after a busy day. But you come to Lijiang for the experiences and Tom was a wonderful guide during our stay. Tom has a seemingly endless knowledge about all aspects of Lijiang from beautiful outings to wonderful restaurants and shopping destinations. Tom does not just know about the best choices in food and activity, but he was constantly providing suggestions and encouraging us to take part. And he always prepared a welcoming cup of tea when we returned and talked to us about our experience.

Lovely stay in Lijiang! The location is great. The room we stayed in are clean and good, with quality amenities given. The hospitality here is has been amazing, delightful and the best part about the stay here. Tom (Our host) has been amazing for us! We went on this holiday with minimum planning and he was about to cater tours for the 2 days that we are here! He was very considered to ensure that our wants and needs are met. He has also given us great care during our stay, recommending restaurants and tips for our trips. In addition, he was really sweet for helping us pack breakfast and snacks for our early morning tours, constantly checking on us when we are on the tours, making sure that we are well taken care of and that we are not lost in the city. Definitely a great place to have spend our time in Lijiang. And I’ll always recommend this place to my friends or anybody who are coming here. 😍

We had a great time here thanks to Tom! He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. He also prepared a mini breakfast pack for us to bring and eat on the ride to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Will definitely come back and stay here again in future. Firstly, the hotel location was exceptionally convenient, since vehicles cannot enter the old Lijiang Town area, the hotel being located right outside the entrance of the old Lijiang Town where vehicles can still enter meant that we do not need to drag our luggage through the streets at all to check in or check out. Secondly, the hotel was also very beautiful with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Most importantly, we are very grateful for our service personnel, Tom （管家小千）, who has provided us with phenomenal service during our stay. He was active in recommending places for us to explore and helping to answer any questions that we have. I understand that each guest (or group of) would be allocated one person that you can contact throughout your stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay when you are visiting Lijiang.

Had an extremely wonderful and relaxing stay here during our trip to Lijiang. Conveniently located just beside the old town, the area is not noisy which is good for us light sleepers, while being within a walking distance to most of the sights around the old town. Also it means you dont have to torture your luggage (and yourself) by dragging it over the cobblestoned alleys within the old town itself. The room is spacious, clean, well maintained and equipped with all the amenities you need including hair dryer and toilet with seat warmer and automatic bidet. Tom speaks very fluent English and is super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed: from recommendation on what to do/eat, transport from airport, arranging meals and tea, packing our breakfast on the day we had to leave early. We also had a package delivered and Tom helped to receive it as we were outside during that time. Thanks Tom for making our stay here a memorable one! would love to come back for sure.

Very clean, 5 star hotel level of room amenities and aesthetics. Located immediately at the entrance of the Old Town and not within. Xiaoqian the staff was very attentive and helped to provide tea time meals and breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

The stay here was comfortable. Room is clean and spacious. Thomas was nice and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were just ok. Overall stay was good. Recommended this place for anyone visiting LiJiang.

We stayed here for two days. The space is well designed and lets in a lot of natural light as the rooms surround a cute courtyard. The location is just outside of the Lijiang Ancient City, so it's very easy to get to and from by taxi with your luggage, but then easily walkable within the Lijiang Ancient City during your stay. Getting to the closest entrance of the Ancient City is about 1 minute, while the walk to Black Dragon Pool Park is about 25 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Tom who spoke English very well and helped us organize a trip to the Yulong mountain and gave us plenty of travel tips. We had very early starts every day so didn't make it to the breakfast, but they happily provided us a to-go 'convenient' breakfast with a bun, boiled egg, and yogurt each day. They also have a daily afternoon tea with lots of delicious snacks. The hotel has free laundry facilities in the basement, which came in handy as this was the halfway point in our trip. You can even play Pool while waiting for your laundry as we did :) The only point of feedback we had is that a group in an adjacent room were playing loud music late at night and we could easily here everything due to the way the property is built (they did stop the noise after the staff requested them to as perhaps another guest complained). Overall we highly recommend this place!

Very glad to say that the place completely lived up to its reviews. The room was spacious, clean and high-tech! What made the experience more memorable was the extremely warm and thoughtful hosts Xiao Qian and Llamo Dorje who also helped arrange anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations over our tea sessions! Absolutely recommended place for a zen-like experience.
