One of the best stays I had in China ~ Facilities were cosy and very clean; the staff were also extremely welcoming, very accommodating and eager to provide guidance on exploring Lijiang (I do really want to highlight that Bivou has a huge list of self organised tours and various workshops, making it a one stop place for your Lijiang travels!). As a big plus, the onsite bivou cafe also provided a decent mix of very tasty local / international food. Not forgetting to mention that it is located at the heart of Shuhe Ancient Town, making it a very convenient spot for you to travel around to various local attractions and enjoy local delicacies.

This hotel offered one of the best services I have experienced in China so far. There was free pickup from the airport, plenty of meals and snacks included throughout the whole stay. We even got a free room upgrade with an absolutely stunning view of Yulong snow mountain. The staff were very attentive and friendly, overall great experience. Would definitely want to stay again if I return to Lijiang, highly recommend to friends.

C'est si important quand nous avons entendu tant de commentaires négatifs sur le voyage à Lijiang d'un opérateur de voyages sans scrupules, mais ici je suis heureux de rencontrer des gens honnêtes et fiables. Si vous êtes nouveau à Lijiang et que vous avez besoin d'orientation, je vous recommande vivement de rester ici et de parler à Ann. Elle est candida, transparente et utile. L'hôtel est un beau endroit mais les gens font de l'expérience tout entière encore plus merveilleuse .

The hotel is located in the old city in a short distance from the exit to the new city.It was convenient for the bus parking and to deliver the luggage to the hotel.There is quite big supermarket across the street in the new city. There is also a lovely restaurant of delicious food just across the street there.Higgly recommend!!The hotel breakfast is simple,but nice= porridge,spicy sauce, pancakes,tea, watermelon If you decide to have some tea in the afternoon,the reception boys will make a tea ceremony for you right there..in the company of an absolutely gorgeous dog who is more than friendly and greets everyone!! Отель находится в старом городе недалеко от выхода в новый= удобно для парковки автобуса и доставки багажа в отель.Прямо через дорогу в новом городе = довольно большой супермаркет и чудесный ресторан с отличной кухней.Очень рекомендую!! Завтрак в отеле довольно простой,но вкусный: можно заказать кашу= суп,выбрать острый соус по вкусу,у нас был арбуз,блинчики,чай.Если кто-то захочет чай днём,то гостеприимные ребята с ресепшн устроят вам чайную церемонию прямо в ресепшн, в компании роскошного пса,который более,чем дружелюбно приветствует всех входящих в отель...

Excellent stay at Lijiang Joyful boutique hotel , Xiao Su was the most helpful of hosts and helped us with organizing our stay. I would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and had lovely views of the city. The breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at Lijang YueJiaren•White Horse Luxury Homestay for two nights. Pre request for the best view of the lijang and yulong snow mountain. Upon arrival, there is a bit difficult for communication because I don't have a China mobile phone. We couldn't find the hotel, we asked for help from one of the hotel, and they came to pick us up and carried our luggage for us. After we arrived, we got the best view of lijang and yulong snow mountain, we have been served with tea; additional arranged dai Shan as our tour guide. He showed us the ancient city, helping us for photography and planning our trip. The other staff also helped my friend with her luggage arrangement for the return flight. They are serving us nicely. I would definitely recommend it to anyone if you ever go to Lijang. P.S. The rooftop is one of the best spots for photoshoot.

La famille d'accueil la plus satisfaisante de ce voyage au Yunnan. Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier le petit frère du magasin. Je l'ai contacté avant le départ, j'ai ajouté WX et je lui ai donné beaucoup de suggestions et de stratégies ! Dès que je suis descendu de la voiture, j'attendais déjà sur le parking. J'ai bénéficié d'un service cinq étoiles. Tout le monde dans le magasin était sympathique et gentil, et j'avais l'impression de rentrer chez moi ! Le petit-déjeuner dans le magasin est simple mais bon et les nouilles de riz sont géniales ! L'emplacement n'est pas à mentionner, vous pouvez surplomber la montagne enneigée du dragon de Jade et l'ancienne ville de Lijiang ! Passez votre commande en toute confiance, vous ne serez pas déçu ! Merci encore à tout le monde dans le magasin, je reviendrai !

酒店位置妙啊，周邊熱鬧，祥和商業街逛吃不愁，出門幾步就是各類小店，煙火氣十足。離麗江古城、束河古鎮這些必打卡地也就幾公里，公交、打車都便利，遊玩通勤沒煩惱。 房間佈置簡約實用，床鋪規整，被子蓬鬆柔軟，衞浴設施光潔如新，熱水隨開隨有，在這兒洗漱休憩，渾身的疲憊都能消散。服務人員熱忱周到，從入住的貼心引導，到離店的暖心送別，全程關懷備至。性價比實打實，值得一住！

Floral Inn est situé juste à l'extérieur de la vieille ville, ce qui pour moi était parfait ! C'était peut-être 5 à 10 minutes à pied de la porte pour entrer dans la vieille ville. Cet hôtel acceptant les étrangers était déjà un gros plus, mais ce qui rendait cet endroit encore meilleur c'était l'hospitalité du propriétaire. Après avoir réservé la chambre, le propriétaire nous a envoyé un message via wechat et nous a proposé un service de navette gratuit depuis l'aéroport ! Chaque fois que nous le voyions à la réception, il était toujours souriant et offrait des collations locales. Même si vous ne parlez pas chinois, il se fera un plaisir de communiquer avec vous via wechat. Il a également réservé notre excursion d'une journée à Jade Snow Mountain et Blue Moon Valley pour un prix très correct. Nous avons réservé la chambre ensoleillée et la vue de la chambre était super. La chambre était propre et le lit était extrêmement confortable. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est également assez confortable et au troisième étage, vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir dehors et profiter de la vue. Le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner chinois standard avec une soupe de nouilles, des œufs durs, des patates douces, des légumes et du lait. Beautiful hotel in a quiet town at the feet of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (玉龙雪山). The hotel employees go above and beyond to make your stay as active, fun and comfortable as possible. They organise evening activities like BBQs, dances with the Naxi minority, etc. The trek to the snow mountain is challenging but so worth it! They also arranged drivers for me to go around, when I mentioned I liked a local cheese, they prepared some of it in my room to take away... it's a great team! The hotel in itself has a gorgeous design, rooms are warm, luxurious and sunny. It's a bit of a trek from Lijiang but I loved the quietness and authenticity of that small naxi village.
