Dès l'arrivée dans le quartier chic de Miraflorees, le personnel est aux petits soins et affiche toujours le sourire. Il parle anglais. On se sent bien d'emblée dans le lobby. Idem pour la chambre qui a du cachet avec sa petite couverture décorative, ses quelques oeuvres d'art et son joli tapis. C'est propre, la literie est confortable et il y a beaucoup d'éléments à disposition (sèche-cheveux, table à repasser, savons, crèmes...) Le frigo-bar est encastré dans le meuble de la salle de bain. La connexion wifi est parfaite. Le restaurant testé en soirée est parfait d'un point de vue service comme de ce qui m'a été servi (saumon grillé sur lit de purée de fenouil). Idem pour le petit-déjeuner. Le buffet est très très vaste et le personnel checke en permanence son achalandage. Dans le hall se trouve aussi un service concierge, idéal notamment pour commander mon taxi à l'avance.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. En outre, quand j'ai demandé des techniques dans la chambre, je n'ai jamais eu quelqu'un de service aussi vite que je l'ai fait ici, quelqu'un vient immédiatement me soutenir. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique, le personnel est si amiable et la chambre est vraiment moderne et fonctionnelle, rien comme il a été décrit par les évaluations précédentes. En tant que membre de l'IGG Platinum, j'ai l'habitude d'avoir de grandes expériences et ils ont offert le même niveau de service élevé.

Il est interdit de recevoir une visite quelconque dans sa chambre. Ce qui est malhonnête, c'est qu'on découvre cela quand il est trop tard pour annuler. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement cher pour ce qu'il est, mais en cela cet hôtel ne se différencie pas des autres hôtels à Lima actuellement, malheureusement.

L'emplacement est très bon. Il se trouve au centre du quartier riche de Lima, à proximité de plusieurs restaurants populaires et la sécurité environnante est également très bonne. Bien que l'hôtel soit classé quatre étoiles, il équivaut fondamentalement à un hôtel économique national. La chambre est petite et très propre. L'employé de la réception a une très bonne attitude et parle bien anglais. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à un endroit où vous pouvez changer de l'argent et acheter des cartes téléphoniques. Le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel est vraiment délicieux, avec d'excellents snacks et jus de fruits et légumes frais.

Séjour en voyage d'affaires. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, simple mais pas simple. Il y a des œufs durs. C'est trop inattendu. J'aime vivre dans une chambre double, un lit pour dormir et se reposer, et l'autre lit pour ranger les choses. Il y a un parking. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi jusqu'au hall d'exposition pour 10 sols. Il n'y a pas de KFC à proximité, ce qui est un peu gênant. De plus, les restaurants locaux de Lima sont ouverts à 11/12 midi et le petit-déjeuner ne peut être résolu qu'à l'hôtel tôt le matin. Rappel : L'embouteillage à Lima est très sérieux ! ! ! Si vous allez à l'aéroport, veuillez réserver au moins 4-5 heures à l'avance pour éviter les vols manqués👿

We arrived at 6:30am. The woman working the front desk wasn’t welcoming nor helpful. Luckily it was the end of her shift and she was replaced by the fantastic Samantha. Samantha made our stay awesome. She acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy status, gave me my amenities options and proactively offered me my late checkout guaranteed benefit. Anyone with status knows that’s unfortunately rarely done now. You normally have to beg to get that “guaranteed” benefit so I’m really impressed with Samantha. I wished all front desk agents were as welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly as her. Since we arrived early and technically couldn’t check in yet, she gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation as well. Our room was on the 12th floor, just below the rooftop bar/restaurant. They would have some music at night (stops at 1am on Friday). We didn’t mind as we were tired and slept, but it might be an issue for some light sleepers. Recommend something below 10 to avoid the noise. The room was spacious and clean. The location was across a nice park and also quiet. It’s not on the busier parts of Miraflores, so aside from the noise from the bar, it was quiet and peaceful. The gym is a decent size. We checked out and Samantha was at the front desk again. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday. Again, she’s amazing. She made our stay there memorable.

Simply great. Transfer from the airport worked great, since I did not have soles yet, the hotel settled the costs for me in advance and I could settle this afterwards. Very warm welcome from Janet and her husband. Also the night concierge was very nice, even though I didn't speak Spanish and he didn't speak English, we still had fun discussions - thanks to deepl, google translate and co :) The first two days I had a big single room and I was even asked if they can clean the room. Everything top, bed and bathroom, very clean and nice. The breakfast just delicious, fresh and prepared with love. The hotel was well located and most things were within walking distance. The first few days I was on my own and Janet was always open for a chat and answered all my questions. Every morning I was asked about my plans and in the evening how then day went, just sweet. Then I was in a double room with a friend for two more days and again everything went smoothly, I was able to change rooms right away, even before I had to check out the first one. On the last day of departure, we still received a breakfast to go - since we had to get up very early. A perfect, warm start to my Peru trip. If I am in Lima again, I will definitely return to La Luna Inn - thank you very much ❤️
