The hotel was perfectly located for our son's wedding and was bery comfortable. The staff are all lovely but special mention goes to Seline who was so attentive and friendly. A lovely lady and an asset to the hotel! Would highly recommend for a stay 👏

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy with nice cotton sheets, everywhere was super clean, amazing value for money and the vegan breakfast was brilliant, lots of Gluten free options also.My first stay at a premier Inn and I was delighted! Thank you everyone

Warm welcome with friendly reception staff. comfortable room comfortable bed Perhaps more channels on room tv but the room was good space to stay in. helpful friendly staff especially at breakfast. The restaurant next door we had 2 evenings meals enjoyed most food only disappointment was calamari, that aside food very enjoyable. Enjoyable stay.

Seline served us up an outstanding breakfast experience over our 2 days' stay for my Son's wedding. She made us feel like family & by the time we left we said goodbye AS family! We were attending a wedding close by so stayed for the 1 night in a family room with 2 young children. Room was comfortable. Star of the show was the staff member at breakfast! Providing colouring, games and a small gift each for our children. It was a busy breakfast and only that 1 member of staff but she was fantastic

No complaints - the hotel was clean and comfy. Good selection for breakfast despite being very busy. The service from staff was notably good, particularly Selina who ensured we got a GF breakfast and also sorted a ‘left-behind’ item for us.

This is an excellent premier inn in a quiet location, very clean and comfortable. My wife and I were well looked after by Sylvia and the rest of the team there. Lovely country pub next door we would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Ipswich.
