優點：1、民宿整體比較有設計感、能看出來設計師希望一步一景緻的構思，孩子活動大人們發呆喝茶的區域也比較多，環境整體不錯；2、飯菜好吃、連着吃了三頓沒有踩雷；3、房間面積挺大、設施衞生中規中矩；4、我們點的圍爐煮茶套餐衹含一個手工活動、因為有兩個孩子所以跟管家溝通後很慷慨的額外贈送了一個；5、我先生由於喝多了把房間棉織品吐臟了、我提出賠償的問題、民宿並沒有接受、這一點感覺得到了理解和寬容，心情都跟着更好了。需要加強的：1、新開業的原因還沒有經歷冬季，大廳、房間熱空調效果以及熱水效果都不是特別好、再冷一點估計會影響入住體驗；2、用餐高峯感覺有點忙不過來，如果是提前點好餐的一定要反覆跟客服號確認、避免出現紕漏；3、建議工作人員着統一服裝上班，入住期間分不清誰是工作人員、感覺有點奇怪。整體來説、雖然沒有啥小禮品等增值服務提供，但每一位工作人員當你尋求幫助的時候都是熱情友好的，推薦。

環境是當地獨特的特色，大山環繞，房間相比價格中規中矩，服務比較生硬，停車有個服務生幫忙拿行李，吧枱小女生還可有提升熱情的空間，餐廳食物口味不錯，食材有點大山特色，老闆旗下的幾家店我們都有去過，比當地其它的什麼某谷性價比高，有閑時很適合放鬆一下的民宿。希望民宿做的是靈魂，有故事，有温度，讓人不捨離開。。。
