The hotel is very worth with the price.
Misses Chen from the lobby are always with warm smile to welcome us.all the staff are very helping.
The place is very clean.they even clean the room every time when we were outside.
Hotel offer breakfast which are very nice.u can even ask them to bring the breakfast to your room.they offer simple lunch high tea and supper.
Location is not in the CBD,but it’s not too far to all other tourist the places.
10/10 After all beside the hotel is a bit old school deco.
I will definitely be back and recommend

先説服務，從入住到離店全程貼心在線，工作人員熱情又周到，離店時還收到了伴手禮和礦泉水，細節控直接被戳中，這波服務必須給滿分！
設施也是沒得挑，乾淨舒適又顯質感，住得超舒心。
最驚喜的是餐飲！下午茶精緻，宵夜暖胃，早餐更是絕到犯規——把柳州各種名小吃都集齊了，一口下去全是地道風味，不用跑遍全城就能解鎖本地美味，這體驗感直接拉滿！
總之，從服務到設施再到餐飲，全程無槽點，住得太完美啦，來柳州的朋友閉眼沖就對了！

一踏進親子房裡，小孩就喜歡得不得了，
歡迎水果/小吃:房間有放着歡迎水果和飲料，還有一些小零食，瓶裝水也備着好多，專門給客人用瓶裝水泡茶。早餐算是豐富，如果可以備些小孩的小童餐具就更加好，防止打碎，小孩看到是小童餐具回更加開心的，所以這可以改進一下，下午茶中規中矩，還可以做得再好一些。
辦理入住時，一進酒店就有阿姨遞上一杯熱水+毛巾，這服務態度不錯，值得點贊

早餐：巨好吃！很多特色非遺美食，船上糕、豆粉饃、芙蓉酥…一些自製的美食也很好吃，小肉包、自製酸奶、螺獅粉…好難忘，還有蔬菜果汁機可以自己鮮榨蘿蔔青瓜汁
設施：房間冷氣特別足
消暑節氣冷飲：這個也很好喝，大堂還能無限提供金銀花茶、羅漢果、酸梅湯
服務：張蘭和小陳姐姐態度很親切～

非常好的服務體驗，本人基本不太喜歡分享和評價，這個確實要點贊，酒店很有文化品味，定了親子房，非常好，早餐很棒，很多非遺小吃可以品嚐，服務很好，有迎賓水果，大堂的工作人員親自把我們行李送上車，另外地理位置很好，路對面的小吃街是最愛，我吃到了最正宗的螺螄粉還租了電動車，在柳州狂玩了兩天，總之就是性價比非常高

酒店的服務非常好，酒店的位置也方便，去馬鞍山公園，窯埠古鎮，柳州工業博物館等景點都是一公里多一點，非常方便。特別是酒店對面的小巷，晚上出來吃宵夜也很方便，宵夜也很好吃。酒店還提供了正餐，下午餐和宵夜，真的沒話説。
特別感謝張蘭和韋大姐，以熱情專業的態度，提供貼心周到的關懷，讓我們感受賓至如歸的温暖。
無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，屏山書香世家酒店都用獨有的文化底藴與人文關懷，為旅程鐫刻下難忘的美好回憶，堪稱旅途休憩的理想之選！
