房間挺大的，床跟枕頭也還可以，店家態度也好，吃多螺獅粉可以多喝下面羅漢果茶水哈哈，服務還是挺到位的，雖然有小事情，但是店家都能友好解決我覺得挺好，出門在外重要就是服務，而且去景點也不遠，馬鞍山就在酒店旁邊就更方便了，柳州兩個好吃店都在我們酒店附近，對面很多租電車的店，去哪都方便。

房間設施較為簡陋，屋內通鋪瓷磚和刷乳膠漆。衞生間沒有做到完全乾濕分離，淋浴部分沒有門。
這次定了一個商務套房和一個親子套房，房間除了面積比較大，其餘沒什麼亮點。房內沒有提供一次性拖鞋，需要主動打電話給前台，前台才同意額外提供。
酒店應該算二星級標準，且客觀的説，我在其他城市住過的二星級標準酒店，在設施環境等方面也有好於這個的，對於這裏評為三星級標準，我覺得達不到要求。
這次來柳州幾天，定了一個四星，一個三星標準酒店，實際均存在達不到標準的情況。所以疑惑這是柳州酒店存在的特殊情況，還是説攜程現在的評級縮水了，這樣下去，評級的參考性會越來越弱

辭了職四處旅行，因為行程不確定，本來衹定了1天，但是因為感覺住的很舒服，於是又續了四天，前台小姐姐還幫我升級了一間更大帶窗户的房間。
設施：整體來講比我這趟旅行在其他城市定的酒店都要好，設施完備，裝修精緻温馨，床和枕頭都很舒服。網速穩定，在b站看4k的電影很流暢。
衞生：第一天住的沒有窗户的房間，但是有新風系統，通風良好。衞生間都很大很乾凈，花灑出水很舒服。
環境：前台還有螺螄粉地圖和遊玩攻略，很貼心。早餐不錯，粥、點心、粉都有。有一個書吧，但只有雜誌沒有書籍，而且燈光也比較暗。樓下有兩家螺螄粉店和幾家別的粉店，都挺好吃。離公交站很近，坐公交方便。去五星步行街、馬鞍山公園都很近，附近還有兩個商場，購物也很方便。

續住 小姐姐幫忙升級了房間
房間寬敞明亮 窗外對着馬鞍山公園 已拉開窗簾陽光和山景都映入眼簾
住在這裏每天都能吃到很多好吃的！有的小店來不及去就點外賣
👍🏿howdy coffee寶藏咖啡店 連續點了兩天外賣
👍🏿餘味食府 家常小炒 糖醋炸蛋 葱香排骨好吃！
上午酒店附近尤其熱鬧，很多大爺大媽湊一起聊天，人氣很旺 不過也導致了會有一點點吵 不過是能接受的程度

和朋友一起來玩，定的這個房間，離市中心不遠，周圍也蠻熱鬧的，有一個銀泰城和魚峯公園，背後就是馬鞍山。房內設施乾淨整潔，配備了智能馬桶，整體來説比較舒適

是一家連鎖酒店，房間也蠻多，此行住的家庭房，有兩個房間，一個大床，一個小床，小床上擺放了卡哇伊的床品和小熊，可可愛愛。衞生和服務也滿意，地段出行方便，大廳雖然不大，但備了温開水和羅漢果茶，喝上一口感覺很温暖。
