Basic and suitable. Room was cold and we couldn’t sort it out. Nobody around to help (caretaker) Good system to order a taxi. We were going to a concert so just wanted a bed for the night.

We arrived at 1am as we had a late flight. Check in was quick and easy as I had pre paid for my room. A lovely young man called Callum checked us in he was chatty and very welcoming. I had booked a king size bed but in the room were 2 singles. I didn’t ask to change as we were too tired but to be honest we slept really well so we were happy. The blackout blinds are elite, you wouldn’t know what time of the day it is they work so well.

Great Premier Inn. We have stayed at a few Premier Inns in UK recently and really felt the chain had gone downhill. Begging to have rooms cleaned, food quality not as good but after staying at this premier inn we were delighted to see the quality was what we are used to. Clean comfortable hotel with lovely friendly staff. Food was good and we will definitely stay again when next in Liverpool.

Amazing stay!! Comfy beds, great shower, food in the evening very tasty and breakfast was excellent!! Staff very friendly and helpful, so so quite at night and in a very good location for exploring the city!! We travelled for a Liverpool game and we will definitely be returning, great value for money!

Perfectly clean, excellent and friendly welcome, shower amazing, dark room to sleep. Only issues were local parking was expensive and quite a walk and the bed says double or king but they have no king!!!! Overall exactly what you expect from a premier inn, we moved from the local travel lodge which was horrendous and this was a welcome clean relief

Premier Inn's vary according to location and amenities. Told reception that the air-con was not working twice & nothing which annoyingly affected my sleep. The chef uses too much oil when cooking certain parts of the breakfast.

Sad to write this review. Previously stayed here many times so thought it would be as great again. Every day there was a problem: Room key not working more than 3 times Breakfast service - no hot plates then had to wait approx. 5 mins for hash browns and fried eggs. Ordered porridge that did not arrrive.

Stayed here a couple of years back and was impressed with the location of the hotel so came back. Everything is on the doorstep from pubs restaurants attractions and just a £2 bus ride to anfield for a match

Nice and cozy room. Just across from Tesco , so it's very convenient to shop for daily needs. Breakfast is American style and adequate. Loved the mushrooms! Walking distance to the city centre and shopping area, about 600m away to the Lime Train station to take the Metro to other cities. Will really consider staying here again for the next trip to Liverpool.
