« I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train. The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean. The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers. We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting. The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station. »

« Value for money ! Location is good as it is near to Albert Dock and all restaurants, and also near to Beatles Story and pick up point (Hop on Hop off tour bus) Room size is good with a wide window that you could see the dock. »

« C'est similaire aux hôtels express bas de gamme du pays. Le hall et le bar sont partagés dans une seule pièce. La salle de bain devrait être refaite. Le sec et l'humide ne sont pas séparés. Le lit double dans la chambre double est également plus compact. L'avantage est que l'emplacement est central, non loin de la gare de Lime Street, du bord de mer et de Liverpool One. Mais Liverpool est aussi un peu plus grand. »

« The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. « Si vous vous rendez au stade d'Anfield pour un match, cet hôtel devrait être l'un de vos meilleurs choix. Au tout début, je pensais que c'était un peu loin du centre-ville, cependant, en fait, il y a un certain nombre de services de bus pour le centre-ville avec seulement 15 minutes environ. Ok, par Google map, 30 minutes à pied d'Anfield. Un peu loin ? Croyez-moi, vous finirez par passer une heure à faire la queue pour un bus. 30 minutes à pied pour retourner à l'hôtel est certainement le meilleur choix. Juste à côté d'un supermarché où vous pouvez acheter de l'eau en bouteille, à côté de Mcdonald également. Revenir à l'hôtel et profiter d'une cuisine de pub britannique est également un bon choix. Le personnel est sympathique et fournit des conseils utiles. M'a aidé à imprimer mon laissez-passer d'élargissement. Pour conclure, mon séjour de 3 nuits était digne ! »

« La maison de 18xx est très émotionnelle, la chambre est super grande, il y a en fait deux étages, peut vivre six personnes, le patron est très enthousiaste, il présente en détail, il démontre personnellement les lieux, les différents dispositifs, il présente les déplacements autour de lui, il présente les besoins, il aide moi à réserver un hôtel, le chantage ne peut pas s'arrêter, Il y a une chance de rester. Remarquez que l'hôtel est la porte à gauche et que la porte de la rue est le bar. »

« We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and stayed in the Family Studio which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Very clean and well designed rooms in an excellent location smack in the middle of Liverpool 1. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Only downside was that the room did not have a refrigerator. »
