LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

Tout est relativement complet, la prochaine fois, vous aurez le choix. Il y a plus de places de stationnement et le stationnement gratuit. Le service de la réception est intime, parfois aussi aide à la mise à jour gratuite, et la chambre porte des fenêtres. Le petit déjeuner a un bon goût, de nombreux types. La position est confortable et mange autour de lui. Le transport est très pratique. Vous êtes particulièrement satisfait d'être à Xiyang, recommandé à tous!

IInvité前台小潔美女服務態度好，希爾頓酒店在阜陽幾十年了，是個高檔酒店，但是畢竟是幾十年了嗎，所以設飾有點存舊，床雖然説是一米多但是感覺衹有一米有點小，但是不影響整體體驗感，站在窗前看到我們阜陽老城區好繁華啊，我們是下雨天住的，如果是晴天我感覺可以看到日出和日落。另外酒店的早餐也非常好吃👍🏻

IInvitéL'expérience de l'hôtel de vacances de Xiyang est pleine et complètement supérieure à ses attentes! L'hôtel se situe dans le centre de la zone de commerce et du paysage de Tsing Wan, à pied dans le parc de Tsing Wan, le magnifique parc de paysages, et peut atteindre de magnifiques canons de musique le soir et la situation géographique est excellente.
La disposition de la chambre est intégrée dans l'élément du lac occidental de Hangzhou, le lit de Jinko est doux et confortable et une bonne nuit de voyage. La plus surprise est le service de la réception Anna Longyan, qui gère un séjour efficace et enthousiaste. Elle a suggéré expressément la rue de la boulangerie autour de lui, et elle a informé intimement quel est le plus éloigné de la soupe de poulet. Le petit-déjeuner est rôti de pommes de terre et les caractéristiques locales, plus plein de fumée.
Il n'y a pas de choix entre les installations environnementales et les détails du service. Anna Longyang est très intime et chauffe les gens. La prochaine fois que vous arrivez à Xiyang, vous devez choisir ici!

CCJLIUConvenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
