HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

1️⃣入住前前台打電話説有客服經理➕微信提供地圖並且導航啥的就加了微信 有任何問題可以溝通 2️⃣帶小朋友出行的看中了松果門口就有一個滑滑梯很方便 從辦理入住開始一切都挺好的 前台的小姐姐也積極過來拿東西 知道有小朋友還特意讓阿姨多送了2瓶水和2瓶牛奶 一切剛開始的體驗感都很好 3️⃣晚上發現床上有小螞蟻 但是是榻榻米又是山裡也就算了 4️⃣接駁車的工作人員，一開始都很熱情的跟你聊天問你是哪裡來的 到後來問是哪個平台訂購的能不能給好評 5️⃣送的蹦床體驗記得自己帶防滑襪 前台可以購買10塊錢一雙不管是小朋友還是大人進去就算一個人 如果要多一個人128 南瓜節還是比較值得的 羊駝小兔子還有遊樂設施小朋友玩的很開心 6️⃣旅拍可拍可不拍吧 之前其他城市體驗感比較好 最後選了3張照片 沒有另外加錢想要原圖客服直接説那就599 要麼就是9張照片399 衹有精修。個人做好斟酌，要不然就別拍了

房間很棒，帶娃提供床圍欄，有問題都是隨叫隨到的，經理王傑人超好。園區裏小寶寶都玩不了，本來想帶着寶寶做小火車兜兜風，結果人太少不營業，但是酒店安排了接駁車，阿姨李愛蓮和陳玲帶着我們一路介紹風景，還等着我們下車拍照，這服務超貼心！！！

住宿的是榻榻米，比較適合我們兩大兩小並且帶小童的家庭。早餐環境很好，比較豐盛，但是口味偏淡。度假村環境很好弄的很乾凈！度假村面積大，還有接駁車隨時待命，想去哪都方便。 服務上，未到之前網上諮詢就感受到工作人員的熱忱，細緻解答各種問題。到了前台辦理入住迅速，度假村的設施、活動豐富。經理王傑提前一天就電話聯繫，加好了微信，並且在住店期間一直精心關注，熱情周到，有求必應。

酒店環境真的非常非常非常好！ 綠化真的是滿分！很難得 每一塊綠化帶都修剪的非常漂亮 ！ 媽媽去做了酒店送的漆扇 很滿意 由於家裡有事 沒體驗完所有項目 下次還會來的！ 酒店所有服務人員都很好！ 大堂裏的小貓超級超級可愛！
