説實在的，以前來溧陽出差首選就是溧陽賓館，但後面再來溧陽出差就考慮換賓館了，原因很簡單，服務越來越差，以前的熱情主動現在變得冷淡無笑容，這應該是大多住客的真實反映，因為酒店的評分已經從4.8掉到了4.6。説實在的，無論是前台還是餐廳，服務真的大不如以前，特別是餐廳（太平洋西餐廳）的服務，12號早上在那裡用早餐，那個站門口接待的服務人員，不僅服務態度生硬，根本不會主動跟客人打招呼，而且一直在玩手機，希望管理部門好好教育一下，生意現在這麼難，這樣下去，……另外，客房的服務要表揚一下，最基層的這些保潔阿姨還是很有禮貌，見到客人都會主動打招呼，相比前台那些工作人員有禮貌多了。給這些最基層的工作人員點贊，説明客房部的經理還是工作很到位的。還是那句話，酒店業拼的就是服務，硬件再好，服務跟不上，遲早要被洗牌！希望酒店高層看到我的評價能夠重視，且行且珍惜！

很滿意的一次居住體驗，一家三口入住了親子房間，大浴缸、全屋智能、窗外的風景，與溧陽的城市景色交相輝映。樓下就是大商場，吃完飯後走走逛逛很愜意。小朋友作業沒寫完，在 30 層的落地窗前奮筆疾書哈哈哈！真的很不錯，下次來溧陽，還會在這裏住。點贊！

Pour la première fois, il a été amené à l'hôtel Tianum Lake, car l'aube a été améliorée pour accueillir la salle de lac du cinquième étage du 7e étage. Une matinée de soleil brillant remplie de la chambre entière, en dehors du froid de l'hiver, assis sur la balcone face au lac de la mer et aux montagnes éclatantes, c'est vraiment un sentiment de divinité, ainsi que les toilettes sont toutes les toilettes automatiques. Les enfants des personnes âgées qui viendraient sont très satisfaits de cette entrée Vive.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

環境：南山竹海旁邊，酒店環境不錯，空氣清新，有山有水，冬日暖陽適合泡湯。 設施：住的兩居室別墅，房間乾淨整潔，暖氣很足，泡私湯阿姨會來準備，清潔、防水。小朋友很喜歡，泡完再沖個澡換衣服，不用擔心受涼。酒店在山坡上，部分景點步行需要上坡，都可以請管家安排接駁車，恐龍園、山頂温泉、羊駝園、滑梯、皮划艇都體驗了，新西蘭板車小朋友身高不行放棄了。山頂温泉晚上去看，感覺太冷了，也放棄了，如果想泡一泡，建議白天有太陽的時候前往。中餐廳的魚頭湯很棒，其他菜品也不錯。小朋友説是他喝過最鮮美的魚湯！還有個不大的室內小童遊樂室，適合低齡寶寶。皮划艇只有一位保安看着，沒有專業的講解教學、安全提示和事前熱身，大人陪同需要留心注意安全。 服務：非常不錯的服務體驗，受過專業的訓練，熱情、貼心，時刻關注客人的需求，從大堂、管家、阿姨、接駁車，服務都不錯。感謝管家陳天草的安排，給家人安排了一個難忘的生日！ 總體體驗非常不錯，小遺憾就是錯過了山頂温泉。

Les deux chambres sont réservées, le terrain de la balconisation de la chambre de 4 étages est très bon, l'eau chaude de la chambre de climatisation est chaude pour un moment, la climatisation est chaude et confortable, il faut saluer le patron, les petits plats sont tous faits par le patron et sont confortables à manger.

Le balcon de la maison de famille peut voir la montagne, le paysage est très bon, la salle de bains de la grande chambre est particulièrement grande, le service du chef est enthousiaste, le petit déjeuner a des paniers de riz destinés aux personnes âgées, et des porcelets mangeant des enfants, en général, je me sens bien ～

Expérimentation de logement parfaite! Recommandation forte! La population de cette séjour est vraiment au-delà de mes attentes! La chambre est très propre et propre, le style décoré est chaud et dégusté, je me sens comme rentrer chez moi. Les installations doivent être complètes, du lit confortable au partage partagé parfait, le petit-déjeuner est également délicieux. La situation géographique est très confortable, il y a beaucoup de restaurants et d'attractions autour de nous, et le transport est très pratique. Le propriétaire du magasin est particulièrement aimable, il fournit avec patience toute une série d'aides avant de séjourner. Nous avons également recommandé de nombreux bons endroits locaux pendant notre séjour, nous avons fait des voyages plus riches et plus faciles. En général, cette expérience est très satisfaisante, si vous avez une chance, vous choisirez ici à nouveau! Super recommandé aux amis qui veulent se détendre et profiter de l'espace confortable!
