1，算是景區自營酒店，還是新開的，樹屋也就沒幾間，本來以為服務會很好。特此寫詳細供大家避坑。 2.酒店就在景區門口，有電動上下的樁，也有一個很近可以打開的鐵柵欄門。其實本來客人就少，完全可以有更便捷更方便的服務，管家提前聯繫，客人幾點到店，是否自駕，是否需要行李搬運服務，這些都可以提前溝通好。客人到了對接人員5分鐘左右能完成的事。酒店非要搞的很複雜。①電動樁本來不肯下降，是因為酒店自己的大貨車卸水才打開的，順帶了我們可以更近的放自己的行李。②大堂辦理入住後後門進入住區還有好些台階才能到平台電動車接送的地方。而這些繁瑣明明可以簡化打開鐵門，客人就能直接卸行李進入。③入住的房間偶爾幾間是和路面平的，如果行動不便或託運的行李可以直接拉。絕大多數都是要爬七拐八拐的樓梯，沒有電梯，因為就一間屋子裝電梯也不現實。所以有嬰兒車，幼兒車，輪椅的，露營車呢都不要考慮這個酒店，直接住碧波園就在前台的樓上。④其他景區自營酒店都是電動車可以隨時接送各點，這點像隔壁靈山精舍要多學習，人家電動車收費40/人/天，那你也收唄，寫裏就衹能在入住區域接送，遇到要求多點客户，比如山水園裡麪，他們被動接送，但是工作人員會不高興。 3.因為知道山裡蟲子多，這次點蚊拍。但是房門口這樣佈置真的不知道那個腦袋壞了想出來的，浴缸就是擺設，晚上天一黑房間門口全是各種大大小小的蟲子，這個房間陽台應該直接大面積落地玻璃，房間裏就一張床，昨晚下雨，自己把陽台的椅子桌子搬進房間，不然坐的地方都沒有。 4.浴室和馬桶本來想分離設計，但是真正洗澡的時候發展水都淌到隔壁馬桶區了，也沒配個刮水板，不然自己收拾一下也方便。等早上阿姨打掃的時候幹了，所以酒店永遠不知道。 5.本來所有的都衹能給1分，給的高的是給客房阿姨的，這裏的每間阿姨都是搬上搬下的，特別不容易。前台也不容易，昨天入住，小姑娘幫我們一起搬行李。 6.早餐中規中矩，可選擇麪不多，建議早上下面和小餛飩的美女。以後每份可以少點，小餛飩一半就夠了。多了下一起要熟都坨了，其實現在很多其他酒店一碗也就6-8隻，如果客人覺得好吃會再下，不然吃不完浪費。 7.酒店免費停車場雖然幾百米走走不遠，但是①天熱地面全是曬，②下雨天走過去，開到酒店，裝卸行李又是露天沒個遮風擋雨的頂。真的是絕了。 8.酒店臨湖的步道很老舊，看得出斑駁，夜間也沒路燈指示燈讓你下去走，當然蟲子太多。白天走走還行，但是沒有台階可以稍微玩玩水，即使原本有也封了 9.總之天目湖作為老牌的旅遊度假區，被現代崛起的其他很多地方在慢慢替代，服務確實跟不上。送的水上樂園的票2張，家裡三個人，放在孩子和一個家長頭上，第二天孩子不願意去景區，送的景區2張票，兩個大人打算去坐船，結果説昨晚綁定了孩子身份證，不能更改，醉了，退伍證不能免費，但是全國有優惠政策，前台也是説不清楚不知道，靈山精舍也是酒店前台出票啊，但是人家政策搞得很清楚，就算有不清楚的立馬問上級問其他負責的部門，然後把確定訊息告訴我們，出的紙質票，每天進入的後門有人在檢票很方便。這裏不知道就完事了。難道不應該為了經營獲利嗎？我們如果今天進去了坐船還收90*2的票錢，就因為啥都不清楚也不高興進去了。
