"Easy to find,parking is free from 6pm until 8am (it's council owned) Only problem was the reception and other rooms doors banging shut as people came through them and this certainly will put me off using this Travelodge again."

"I just wanted to thank the amazing staff at this hotel, especially Phil, for making our family stay so comfortable. They really couldn’t do enough to help. Super friendly and just a fabulous example of great customer service. Excellent breakfast too. Hotel was clean and comfy and as you would expect from this chain but the staff set it apart from other stays I’ve had."

"Sherry and Rob are so helpful and friendly and their B&B is so comfortable it has everything you need for a good night sleep. Sherrys breakfast is to die for and she catered for my veggie needs as well as my son who wanted the meat version . Their meat comes from animals on their farm which have the highest welfare standards imaginable. I wish there were more people like them in this world. We will be back !"

"We have used this 'Premier Inn' a few times, as my Husband's brother lives close by so it is very convenient for us to visit. All of the staff are really helpful, welcoming and friendly and It is always clean and well kept. We had a room booked by 'Flexi rate' for two nights mid June. Regrettably, due to a family emergency we found we had to return home after just one night. I went to reception at 9a.m. of the morning we were going to leave and under the terms of paying the 'Flexi rate', the receptionist ensured me that I would receive a full refund for the night I was cancelling, as I had made the aforementioned cancellation before 1.00p.m.. However, I have still not received any re-fund. I have tried several times without success to contact Customer Relations. However, a wonderful lady called Myfanwy Lewis has been remarkable in trying to solve this problem for me. She herself contacted Customers relations but was told I had to speak to them directly, which I am still trying to do. Nevertheless, this lovely lady has contacted me a couple of times to check on my progress with this matter and is still endeavouring to reach a satisfactory conclusion for me. She is a real consummate professional and I do hope 'Premier Inns' realise and recognise her worth. We stay in 'Premier Inns' a lot on our travels, but have never experienced a problem like this before. We have always rated 'Premiers' highly, and because of this most helpful lady, who has gone above and beyond her reception duties to assist us, we rate this one more than anything. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for 'Customer Relations' but well done Myfanwy and thank you so much for your sincere kindness and help."

"La station de retour centrale du voyage, l'hôtel est très belle, le parking est également très grand, les instructions sont claires, parce que c'est plus tard, c'est le séjour du bar de la femme de la réception. Le lendemain, je lui ai demandé comment aller au petit-déjeuner. Vous nous conduisez tous les deux très enthousiastement, et le langage est insuffisant, et il est très clair, Je suis très content d'entendre le 😀. Le petit déjeuner est une semaine que je suis venue en Angleterre, je suis confortable à manger, mais je ne peux pas ramener mon téléphone portable au restaurant. La chambre est plus vieille, elle est assez grande, deux lits doubles 1.5, la chambre est aussi grande, c'est-à-dire le capuchon de la chaussure, le capuchon de la chaussure peut être utilisé."

"A warm welcome by the receptionists. The room was immaculate and tidy. With good facilities. The free parking was also a benefit. The area of this Travelodge is not to far away from shops so in a good location on the main route to Carmarthen. Overall, our stay was brilliant, no complaints. Brilliant service!"

"Go somewhere else. Booked at the last minute as my wife had an early appointment nearby. Looked very shabby on arrival with dirty laundry stacked up outside, went to our room & passed more laundry stacked on the landing, presumably clean. Room was not the best, stains on the carpet & walls, total lack of any toiletries. Terrible night sleep as doors banging at 4am & people moving around. We had booked breakfast but after seeing the state of the place & speaking to the gentleman who appeared to be cooking it we decided to skip it & go elsewhere, he could certainly do with a lesson in customer care. It was probably a nice place 30 years ago. Don’t think we’ll be staying at a Marstons hotel again."
