"La réception a aidé à obtenir des informations sur les bus ou taxis pour le matin. Pas de nourriture comme elle avait dû manger pour la procédure , Comme une femme de 80 ans, la douche était grande. Pas de grille sur le bain. Le chemin de fer est bien placé pour entrer et sortir. "

"The transit point of the journey, the hotel is very beautiful, the parking lot is also large, and the instructions are clear. Because I arrived late, the handsome guy at the bar checked in. The next day I asked the lady at the front desk how to get there for breakfast, and both of them were very enthusiastic. He guided us very well, and he didn’t speak too fast. He spoke very clearly and it felt great to be understood😀. Breakfast was the most comfortable breakfast I had in the UK for a week, but it was a pity that I didn’t bring my mobile phone to the restaurant. The room is relatively old, but fortunately it is large enough, with two 1.5-inch double beds, and the bathroom is also quite large, but the shower faucet cannot be used, and the bathtub faucet can only be used."

"We were travelling for a 50k Ultra Challenge so would only be sleeping at the hotel. we found the hotel to be wonderful, Helen gave is a very warm welcome and checked us in. The reception area was very clean and tidy with some beautiful local merchandise on offer aswell as tea and coffee. Our rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. Well stocked with tea and coffee. The bathroom especially the shower was amazing and very much appreicated after walking 50k in 25 degree heat in 12 hours. The Bed was very welcoming and was so comfy and smelled fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definatly be staying again in the future."

"Je voulais juste remercier le personnel incroyable de cet hôtel, en particulier Phil, pour avoir fait notre séjour familial si confortable. Ils ne pouvaient vraiment pas faire assez pour aider. Super amical et juste un fabuleux exemple de grand service client. Excellent petit déjeuner aussi. L'hôtel était propre et confortable et comme vous l'attendais de cette chaîne, mais le personnel l'a séparé des autres séjours que j'ai eu."

"hôtel à boutique superbe avec des chambres confortables et un sens adorable. Les lits de taille règne confortables, sans spot apportent un sommeil de nuit reposable. Location confortable pour Gower et le Sud-Ouest du Pays de Galles. Nombre de parkings sur place. Steve le propriétaire ne pouvait pas être un meilleur hôte. Le petit déjeuner est très bien préparé et nous y reviendrons."

"The location is convenient for being near local shops and on route to Carmarthen. The scenery was quite good with nice views of the hills.Walking and driving was all direct in the location. Bathroom was well cleaned and tidy. While the bedrooms were clean and spacious. Noise control was good at night time as I couldn't hear the surrounding roads. This helped as the quite night helped me to sleep. The staff are warm welcoming and approachable. Overall a very good stay."

Thomas Arms Hotel ★★★

"I would give zero if I could. Went for an early evening meal before a concert in the town. Didn’t notice the car park notice about permits, even though I am now aware. The pub was empty apart from myself and my sister-in-law. We spoke to the barmaid and chatted about the concert. We ere there for approximately an hour, then left for the concert. A week later , I received a fine for £100 for parking in the car park. I appealed this and provided evidence of us having been there for a meal by way of a bank statement with the cost of the meal & venue clearly visible. This appeal was turned down. So I had to pay £100 simply because I didn’t get a permit from the Thomas Arms when we entered. The member of bar staff didn’t even ask us or remind us about this on entry or during our chat. Other places with the same car park rules usually remind customers on entry, incase, like us , they didn’t see the signs. We will never go to the Thomas Arms again and would advise others not to go there either. It’s a complete rip off."
