Apartamentos Selvapark

Very basic; one roll of toilet roll no matter how long you stay, expects you to scrub the place before you leave. No hand soap or washing up liquid. Not enough towels for all the occupants. Bathroom window doesn't close, sliding door has a gap so there's always a cold breeze at night. Our bedroom curtain literally fell down and seeing as they took €200 deposit off of us, we ended up fixing it ourselves so that we wouldn't have it taken away from us. Place absolutely stunk of smoke from the room next door which goes through the air con meaning as soon as you put it on it smells. We were moaned at for not speaking Spanish! We had this booked for us as a wowcher holiday so get what you pay for not denying this, but for a group of 4 young women we didn't always feel safe in the staff presence.

We had a nice welcome when we arrived as the smiling receptionist proposes us to give information and tips about Lloret and the places to go. We could visit all Lloret from this well-located and quiet place. The flat is well-furnished. They made available all you need to cook. There is a supermarket only three-minute walk away. The beach is about half a mile away.

Me and my friend traveled here for a Holiday in May, we wanted a bit of a mix of going out and drinking and the opportunity to chill out. It was absolutely ideal for us, the apartment was clean, and very spacious (could have slept more people) with a little balcony, cooking facilities and a great bathroom. The host was extremely good, he gave us a map and highlighted important places for us and was really helpful throughout our stay. One warning, you will be asked for a 100 Euro deposit, I had checked reviews before so we were prepared for that. We had to leave early morning so the night before he came to check our room and gave it back to us. Its a 10 minute walk from Lloret centre, where the pubs and clubs are. This was no issue for us, there are also some fantastic restaurants a stones throw away. I would really recommend this place, and my friend and myself said we would go back. The only negative was that we were asked to be quiet after 10pm, not a problem coming in at any hour, just make sure we were quiet. This was fine, but some people didn't do the same, and the one night we wanted sleep before our flight people were shouting and slamming doors. Not the places fault, but would be nice if everyone respected that, especially if you're trying hard to.

We had booked a 4 night stay in the selvapark, today(our 4th night) we have been asked to leave as the apartments are closing down we have now been moved to bolero park hotel, we were giving no explanation as to why it has closed

We booked a last min deal for a very low price. We weren't sure of how good the apartment would be, it was lovely. Very well kept and the gentleman who owns it will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. There is no pool but we had an all inclusive deal which allowed us to use all the facilities of another hotel. For a cheap, quiet holiday I would definitely recommend.

Having spent two weeks on holiday at Selva Park we must say a very big thankyou to Juan and his staff for the excellent room, the cleanliness on arrival and his obliging efforts to ensure that we had a great holiday. The beach and all the amenities were very close at hand which was very welcome and a godsend with my having a very sore leg.Well done Juan and every success.
