We had a once in a lifetime stay at Banyan Tree - truly amazing! The rooms are beautiful, we started with a Lagoon View room, and then for our final two nights upgraded to a hill side ocean view room. Both were perfect; with comfortable beds and spotless shower and bath. Both rooms had private pools and sun lounging areas. We loved both villas, two of the best accomodation(s) we've ever stayed in. The hill side Villa was breathtaking! The entire resort was so peaceful and the views were pretty as a picture! To the rear of the resort, a mountainous and green national park and in the other direction the South China Sea sweeping against the golden (and practically deserted) beach. We never got tired of the views! Bicycles are available to roam the resort at your leisure :) As others have mentioned, the hotel location is a little remote and off the beaten track (about one hour from Da Nang airport if you don't take the scenic Hai Van Pass route) but that suited us! Da Nang and Ba-Na Hills approx one hour away and Hoi An nearer 1 hour 30 minutes away. The hotel offers a private taxi service to these destinations and if the hotel taxi is in use, then they can arrange a local taxi service too. We utilised both these services during our stay and they were excellent! The entire resort was always spotlessly clean and had multiple food options for dinner, also including restaurants within the sister hotel a 2 minute walk away - so plenty of choice. Breakfast buffet was always well stocked with many different cuisines on offer. The staff are so friendly and very attentive and are available for your every need. Our host Bich had a WhatsApp chat with us and she was always super responsive whenever we had a query for her - she went above and beyond! She greeted us upon arrival and made sure that she had seen us every morning at breakfast to answer any questions we had for her. The manageress also made an effort to speak to us on our first and last mornings as well as during the stay too which was a nice touch. Every single staff member from breakfast service, to the housekeeping to the greenkeeping team were all magnificent! Thank you so much for a truly memorable vacation - we will always remember it! :)

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Our room is at corner and have stunning view to the ocean, just 1 minute steeping to the sand and sea. Nice swimming pool, high quality equipment in the gym, free bikes to ride around, many free activities for kids and family. Breakfast is good with many choices. There are several restaurants for dining but a little bit pricy. Only one thing we felt uncomfortable when having breakfast on the 2nd day. We travelled during National holiday in Vietnam and understand that would be many people taking vacation too. It were chaos to find a table during breakfast. The restaurant should arrange more tables, or arrange the seats for guests before let them in, or disperse number of guest to other restaurants for a better service. Hope these small suggestions would help Angsana bring us a greater experience. Generally, we are satisfied with the time we stay here and thanks to your staffs. We did not expect the resort is that big to explore and experience so only stay for a short time. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend to our friends. Cheers,

올여름 친구들이랑 방문하고 너무 좋았어서 부모님 모시고 다시 한 번 방문한 베다나!! 다낭에서 조금 떨어져있지만, 그랩도 잘 잡히고 돌아올 땐 호텔에서 예약해준 차를 이용하면 되어서 불편함이 없습니다. 리조트 시설은 말할 필요 없이 너무 좋았고, 야외 수영장 2곳과 스파는 정말 최고입니다!!! 아빠가 베트남에서 받은 마사지 중 단연 최고라고 하시네요 자전거를 무료로 대여해주어서 자전거 타고 구경 다니는 재미도 쏠쏠합니다 ㅎㅎ 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고, 전담 직원분께 카카오톡으로 요청사항 말하면 바로 반영해주셔서 정말 편리했습니다
