The newly built, comfortably furnished holiday apartment with approx. 30 sqm can be booked all year round. It is suitable for 2 people (max. 2 adults + 1 child) and has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a terrace with a view of the countryside. Likewise via a large courtyard with barbecue area and parking space. The beach with cliffs and dog beach is about a 10-minute walk through the coastal forest. The beach section of Stubbenfelde is calm and not overcrowded. Next shopping possibility approx. 1km. The apartment is very central, between the Baltic Sea and backwaters. All places on the coast and sights can be reached quickly and easily. It is only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Perfect for cyclists, as the well-developed bike path between Wolgast and Ahlbeck leads right past the entrance. Possibilities for storing bikes or washing clothes and hanging are available. Alles super, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden vom Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir als sehr positiv bewährten. Ebenfalls war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorrätig auch das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Der Hundestrand war wie versprochen nur ca 20min durch den Wald erreichbar. Duch die Usedom Karte waren der Zug für uns kostenlos, so daß wir auch zu anderen Stränden auf Usedom fahren Konten,der Bahnhof war ca 5min entfernt.

Urlaub Usedom
Unterkunft sauber und gemütlich. Es hatte etwas von
Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Wurde nicht erwähnt und von uns nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung war top und der Urlaub war toll.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mittig auf der Insel Usedom, sodass man viele Unternehmungen machen kann. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, ist aber nicht störend. Ein kleiner Spaziergang (ca. 15 Min.) durch den Wald und schon ist man an der Küste. Für unsere Hündin waren die Schafe nebenan immer ein Highlight. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber super, freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Urlaub mit Hund
Zu zweit mit Hund in einem Zimmer.. für uns genial. Mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. Küche und Bad gaben alles her, was wir brauchten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt.. für uns ist das nicht selbstverständlich, deshalb erwähnen wir dies hier extra! Die Ostsee ist gut zu Fuß durch den Wald erreichbar und mit mit dem Auto kommt man auch schnell überall hin. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief super.

Mit viel Liebe
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit.
Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die zwei zauberhaften Schafe vor dem Fenster, haben uns den Start in den Tag sehr versüsst.
Familie Soldanski ist unglaublich bemühte, lieb und verständnisvoll, einfach toll.

Natur pur
Kleines, gut eingerichtetes Apartment mit eigener Terasse. Zum Wald wenige Meter, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Leider immer viel Verkehr auf Usedom…

Ostsee Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und super gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr daran interessiert dass man sich wohl fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
