Nous avons été forcés de rester ici pour un séjour et un tournoi. À l'arrivée nous avons été dit que notre réservation n'était pas avant le lendemain. J'ai fini par avoir à montrer au bureau frontal ma confirmation de courriel sur les dates pour obtenir notre chambre. Ensuite, quand nous sommes arrivés à la chambre, nous avons remarqué que le réfrigérateur n'avait pas fonctionné et il était environ 85 degrés dans notre chambre. J'ai appelé au bureau de front et on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres disponibles et qu'ils savaient qu'il y avait un problème avec la chaleur et l'air, mais qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire à propos de cela et ouvrir la fenêtre.... En mars... dans 15 degrés de temps si je voulais la chambre à coucher. Le matin suivant, mon mari est descendu pour obtenir nos sacs de petit déjeuner, malgré la promesse de 4 petits déjeuners complets par chambre par nuit par contrat de société de tournoi, nous avons été dits que le restaurant était fermé et ils ne fourniraient que 2 sacs par chambre. Ils ont également essayé de nous regarder le lendemain et ont désactivé nos clés parce que quiconque a changé notre réservation la nuit avant a annulé le reste de notre séjour. Les chambres sont petites, une famille de 4 ne peut pas s'adapter. Les salles de bains sont sales et petites. Ne vous attendez pas à la garde d'habitation, vous devez demander au bureau frontal que même les déchets soient vidés. Nous partagerons nos pensées sur cette propriété avec la société de tournoi, de sorte qu'ils ne mettent peut-être plus de familles ici.

Meilleur service clientèle juste à partir de la réception. Des masques étaient nécessaires dans toutes les zones publiques. Facile. Économique. Amiable. Immaculée, le personnel travaillait toujours. Excellente hébergement pour une famille de 5. Les lits étaient confortables, les coussins étaient juste corrects. 2 TV avec beaucoup d'options de canal. Alors propre! Piscine et tube chaud étaient testés pour les niveaux de chlore par le serveur de piscine qui était très attentif à obtenir des niveaux précis . Pristine. Petit déjeuner avait des choix abondants, surtout pendant Covid. Il y a beaucoup de produits chauds, beaucoup de saisies et aller.

Nous avons une famille dans la région et nous avons souvent cet hôtel! Il est confortable, bien entretenu, et abordable. Le personnel est ami, conscient et très utile. Le petit déjeuner offre toujours de nombreuses options. Ma femme et moi reviendrons!

Staybridge Suites in Oakbrook, Illinois has the Worst Service Ever! I am in shock and cannot believe what we just experienced at Staybridge Suites. First, we made a reservation for a One Queen, 2 Double, 2 Bedroom Suite. This appeared to be the largest room on the website. We received a call telling us that due to renovations, the room we requested was no no longer available. We were offered 2 king suites as a replacement. We accepted and moved forward with our plans. We made it to the hotel and stood at the desk waiting for the staff to figure out our rooms. After the longest wait we ever had, we finally got to our room, only to find that one of our rooms was not cleaned and the other one was not what we were told. The bed was unmade and trash was in one room on the tables. I went to let the front desk staff know what had happened. Ray Lakes, the general manager (unbelievable!) told us that what we told him we were promised was untrue because that's not a common practice. I told him that we had no reason to lie. He said, they were going to do something for us. Ray spoke with the housekeeper to get the room clean. I was speaking with my friend about the situation. This was quiet conversation and no guests heard us. Ray, who was standing right in front of us, stated that he was trying to do something and we should stop talking about it. I stated that I was speaking with my friend and we were chatting amongst ourselves. Ray said he didn't want us to ruin it for his other guests! This was shocking and I have never heard anyone tell a guest to be quiet so other customers don't hear about their concerns. The other guests did not hear us at all! While we were waiting, my friend asked Ray for his name. When he said his name, I wrote it down. Ray became irritated that I wrote his name down! He then told us that he would rather we leave the hotel! We stood there in shock because this has never happened before! He said he felt like a ”domino effect” was going to happen and calls would be made to the company because I wrote his name down. I told him that was not a reason to put us out of the hotel. Ray Lake said, ”I'm going to cancel your reservation for your own sake.” I was further confused and shocked! We went to get our things and came back to the front desk. I said, ”I have never been put out of a hotel. I run a business and work with clients every day and would never treat anyone like this.” Ray stated that he was not putting us out because we were getting a refund. He said if we were put out, there wouldn't be a refund. I told Ray this is the worst customer service I have ever seen and there was no reason for it. I told him the hotel should be ashamed. He said, ”I won't be insulted by you.” I was more confused. He took offense to everything I said. I told him I was going to record because I could not believe this. He said that was further reason for me to leave his hotel. I asked Ray for the number to complete a customer service complaint. He said
