Super value for money. Room clean with very comfortable bed. Location is great with a convenient shop right next door. Breakfast exceeded expectations for the price paid. Loved that they had water dispenser on every floor to refill water.

Le Treasure Hotel de Lombok, une île au trésor loin de Bali, est mon préféré lors de ce voyage en Indonésie. Il y a une rangée d'hôtels de villégiature sur la plage de Senggigi, et nous avons finalement choisi Catamaran, et nous n'avons finalement pas été déçus.
Chaque aspect de l'hôtel est excellent.
Équipements : Qu'il s'agisse de la piscine, du restaurant ou du SPA, tout le monde se sent très à l'aise. Le point culminant de cet hôtel est le restaurant sur la falaise, le kliff. Manger dans ce restaurant et regarder le coucher du soleil est une expérience complète.
Environnement : Le paysage de l'hôtel est très beau. Le coucher de soleil sur la plage de Senggigi n'est pas inférieur à celui des célèbres hôtels de Bali. Cependant, Catamaran est beaucoup plus calme que Bali en général. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de touristes, et certains ne sont que des invités oisifs. . , prenez un bain de soleil ou dînez tranquillement et sentez-vous lentement comme des vacances tranquilles. Le paysage à l'intérieur de l'hôtel est également très beau, comme un jardin au bord de la mer.
Hygiène : L'hygiène de l'hôtel est excellente. Au début, j'ai pensé que quelque chose n'allait pas. En tant qu'île tropicale, je n'ai pas du tout senti d'insectes dans l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas eu à m'inquiéter des moustiques ou autres insectes volants. La nuit, j'ai trouvé le personnel de l'hôtel utilisant des lampes de poche pour attraper des insectes dans l'herbe. J'ai déploré que les détails de l'hôtel soient vraiment en place.
Service : Peu importe où vous rencontrez le personnel de l'hôtel, il vous accueillera avec le sourire, ce qui vous fera sentir très amical. De plus, le personnel de l'hôtel est très disposé à fournir des services, proactif mais pas trop, et je me sens très à l'aise. Pendant les quelques jours que j'ai passés à l'hôtel, les serveurs du restaurant se sont souvenus de ce que j'avais mangé auparavant et m'ont fait des suggestions pour ma prochaine commande, ce qui était très prévenant.

Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui s’avère être l’un des plus beau de l’île et très bien situé. En effet, le complexe dispose d’une belle piscine/terrasse, d’un restaurant très qualitatif et abordable et d’une situation favorable pour sortir le soir ou en journée. En revanche, une partie du personnel laisse à désirer (pas très aimable, pas très efficace et peu réactif) et l’hôtel a clairement un problème de gestion du ménage (plus de serviette de plage/piscine en pleine journée, ménage non réalisée à 18h, renouvellement des serviettes de bain tardif…). Enfin, malgré un bel espace extérieur, le nombre de transats disponibles reste trop faible pour le nombre de résidants . Les chambres étaient quant à elles spacieuses, bien équipées et surtout dotées d’une grande terrasse. Enfin, mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était très copieux et diversifié, de quoi satisfaire toutes les envies.

I stayed at this hotel from the 19 to 25 February, 2023 (7D6N), on the 8th floor (8XX). This hotel has very strategic location, especially close to the Mataram Islamic Center. The guest room is minimalist but roomy compared to similar competitors. The variety of breakfast is quite complete. The hotel staff are friendly, starting from the security, receptionists, as well as the restaurant section. What makes it special too, every day the hotel provides free Lombok-style snacks and a mini bar which is filled with soft drinks and snacks every day (free of charge too). Just a suggestion for a safe deposit box so that the size is slightly enlarged, at least it can store a 13 inch laptop 😊. If there is an assignment in the city of Mataram, God willing, I will stay at this hotel again.

hôtel à New, magnifiques villas avec vue incroyable et piscine privée. Colchon, canapé et hameçons très confortables.
Excellent service et riche cuisine, la zone est très calme mais il y a une arrêt de taxis en bas et vous serez dans 5 minutes au centre de Sengigi.
Le massage dans le spa était excellent.
Le moins agréable n'a pas à voir avec l'hôtel, mais qu'il y a une mosquée très active sur la même colline avec des haut-parleurs, non seulement la musique de l'heure de prières est entendue depuis 4h (qui a charme) Mais vous écoutez les prières et chanter pendant des heures et des heures. Il est difficile de reposer et de relaxer**** ainsi.

Hôtel magnifique dans un cadre de verdure. Les points d’eau avec les poissons et les dindes qui courent en liberté donnent un sentiment de zénitude. Les villas sont décorées avec goûts, la salle de bain extérieure entourée de verdure est spectaculaire ! Quant à la nourriture, nous avons mangé sur place plusieurs fois et la encore c’était irréprochable ! Gros plus pour le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est très serviable, agréable et souriant. Seul bémol, hôtel familial du coup difficile de se détendre avec tous ces enfants qui crient et sautent dans la piscine à longueur de temps. Dans un cadre aussi relaxant c’est dommage.

Nous avons réservé un bungalow vue sur mer 5 nuits, jolie chambre dans l’ensemble, jolie piscine. Personnel sympathique surtout réception ! Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi après-midi ! Il y a avait des groupes de locaux qui est resté jusqu’au dimanche environ 200 personnes avec un séminaire pour des locaux aussi , le petit-déjeuner était affreux digne d’une cantine scolaire avec un bruit qui était épouvantable, des personnes qui vous marchent dessus, qui passent devant sans aucunes excuses, le pire pour dormir très difficile avec le bruit qu’ils font et le soir l’hôtel leur réserve à côté de notre chambre le restaurant en plein air avec un micro ( vous imaginez !) cerise sur le gâteau le lendemain matin a 8h30 devant notre chambre à la piscine une personne avec un micro nous a réveillé car il animait le groupe alors monsieur le manager de l’hôtel un peu de respect pour des clients ont payé chère pour soit disant être tranquille. Pour finir on a essayé le salon de massage , masseuse pas très souriante et avec un massage Balinais qui était que de nom. On ne reviendra pas dommage .
