Avis : Ruby Zoe Hotel London

J'ai été surclassé dans une chambre avec vue car celle qui m'avait été donnée à l'origine faisait face à un mur de briques et la nouvelle chambre n'a pas été déçue. La chambre est bien aménagée mais la raison pour laquelle je ne lui donne pas la meilleure note pour un hôtel 4 étoiles est que si vous voulez vous préparer une boisson chaude, vous devez vous habiller et descendre dans le couloir car ils ont décidé de retirer les commodités. comme des bouilloires personnelles. Je comprends qu'ils ont remplacé ces choses par 2 amplis sur lesquels vous pouvez brancher une guitare, mais il n'y avait aucune instruction lorsque j'ai essayé de le rechercher (et je joue de la guitare). Il serait préférable d'avoir une radio DAB et une bouilloire ou un autre moyen moderne d'obtenir de l'eau chaude. A part ça, j'ai adoré les produits et le personnel était vraiment adorable et drôle ! Bel hôtel, très bien situé et lits très confortables. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Le seul point négatif serait que la chambre était plus petite que ce à quoi je m'attendais et que le bar du rez-de-chaussée est très cher !

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès l'instant où je suis entré, le personnel m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. La chambre était impeccablement propre et bien aménagée, avec un lit confortable qui offrait une bonne nuit de sommeil. Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient de premier ordre, du délicieux petit-déjeuner au centre de remise en forme et au spa relaxant. Ce qui distingue vraiment cet hôtel, c'est le service exceptionnel. Le personnel s'est mis en quatre pour s'assurer que mon séjour soit agréable, fournissant d'excellentes recommandations sur les attractions locales et les restaurants. J'ai hâte de revenir dans cet hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite – il a dépassé toutes mes attentes !

Amazing place to stay, just a 3 minutes walk to notting hill gate station with macdonalds, pret-a-manger and tesco express right beside it. Quite a peaceful neighbourhood. Rooms were nice and clean and the BOSE speakers were a + Lobby staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly. Would stay here again for my next trip!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! Totally my vibes… colorful, vibrant, young…love their bar style reception and friendly staffs 🥰 It’s location is really convenient at a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to Portobello Market. 5 minutes from tube station, and plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby ❤️

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are fantastic. Shout out to Carlos and Jan, but honestly the staff are the joy of this hotel. The food is also fantastic, I don't understand why they don't push the restaurants more. The pizza is honestly better than the Pizza Express across the road, and the focaccia sandwiches are awesome. If they added a genuinely good burger, this would the THE PLACE. Drinks are good, but weak, like most of the UK (compared to Spain). The downsides... the flies in the bar area are still there, and they are annoying. There are no blackout curtains, and in June, at 4 AM we were greeted by Mr. Sunshine. Unacceptable. The AC just doesn't work. Different rooms over a month. It turns off after X amount of hours (I'd say 6 but it's hard to know) and while you put it at full power 19° it isn't (believe me, I live in Madrid, when I put my system to 19° I freeze in 30 minutes. This wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that the rooms have winter duvets. The bathrooms are SUPER CLEAN but... I just can't take the clear glass showers. Sorry, not sexy. The bed is fantastic, but the pillows are not — super warm, because they're artificial. Look, I like this hotel, I've stayed 4 times and will probably stay again. But... it's cutting corners in the wrong places. The three scores are: location, the bar, and 10x the staff. Love the staff. And the food. 

These hotel beds a divine. So comfortable. The locations excellent as well. A couple minutes from all the great food and shopping that Nottinghill has to offer. You won’t regret your stay here.

location was terrific for exploring notting hill and kensington. don’t think you could find a better hotel

Nice and clean rooms, bigger than the average London rooms

Small but nice. The linen and bed are superb.

Excellent location in Notting Hill , we visit the area 3-4 times a year and it’s our new default place to stay . Good value for money , very clean rooms and nice ground floor area to sit and chill .
