Very fair, comfy and center flat, I recommend The location is amazing, the flat was complete in term of furniture. The residence is very calm. The linens were very clean as well as the fridge. Price was very competitive regarding the location very near the Thames. If we make the choice to return in the city center of London for visit we will probably go to the same apartment. Nevertheless there are few point that the host shall improve; I really did not appreciate the hostile warning regarding the rules of the flat prior our venue, saying that they may fine us if we make party or smoke (even if i precise in an email that we are with a little child and no smoker), may cancel our reservation if we do not make rapidly the id checking...etc. even before saying hello or welcome. The pick-up of the key 5 minutes from the flat from an unfriendly shop obliged us extra efforts with bags and child, maybe they shall elaborate a system more simple. In the flat the cleaning on the floor, dust under furniture, some leak in kitchen's floor shall be clean before our arrival. The kitchen's pots for cooking were rubbish and shall be changed. Process for recycling trashes shall be made as instructions weren't working. In overall we liked the flat, and we know that no meeting check-in and check-out is difficult for the business, to conclude the flat is very fair, many big European cities wouldn't not show this level of price and flexibility in city center. Except two point the cleaning is good. Check-in long but flexible H24.
