Avis : Apex City of London Hotel

L'hôtel est très propre et a l'air très confortable. Le gars de la réception est très beau ~ Il m'a même offert un joli petit canard ! La chambre est de taille moyenne et peut accueillir deux valises. L'emplacement est derrière l'hôtel Four Seasons. Il ne faut que moins de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la Tour de Londres. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Bon emplacement et les gens très gentils. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain voyage à Londres.

Très bien situé à proximité de la tour. Chambres agréables, propres et insonorisées. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. L'amélioration est le canapé-lit (nous avions une chambre familiale) qui est très moelleux pour un adulte, et le fait qu'ils ont débité ma carte de crédit après l'enregistrement anticipé en ligne même si j'ai déjà payé via Trip.com

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London. Was a very comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Apex City of London Hotel! Traveling as a family, we were truly impressed with the warm and thoughtful service. I had requested a birthday note as a special surprise for my mom, and the team went above and beyond by also providing a delicious birthday cake—it really made her day feel extra special. We booked a room with a sofa bed, which was already set up as a bed when we arrived. It was comfortable, though not quite as cozy as the main bed; a bit of extra cushioning or a mattress topper would be a nice touch for anyone using it as a regular bed. The amenities were excellent and well worth the value, with comfortable rooms and great facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to train and bus stations and an easy stroll to the Tower of London. Plus, they allow guests to store bags both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for our plans. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of what this wonderful hotel has to offer!

Clean hotel, polite service, in a great location for exploring the areas around the bridges. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Recommended.

Lovely staff upon arrival, our room was ready early so we were able to go straight in. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and very clean. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor just for a better view but still not a bad view from first floor lovely gardens across the road. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to tower bridge and transport, we had a very enjoyable stay.
