Super hôtel . Placement nickel. En face du museum d histoire naturelle et à 5 minutes d Harrods. Equipe au top Par contre l entrée de la piscine n est pas incluse . 10€ par adulte et 5 par jeune enfant

Good location

Our room was clean but very tiny and very dated. Old heater on the wall. Bathroom had minimum and cheap products. View from window was not nice. The lobby and the rest of the hotel was all nice. The staff were not terribly warm and the hotel vibe was a cold atmosphere. Nobody seemed to be enjoying their job and seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Breakfast was just alright - not great and we felt not Covid safe. Everybody holding the same serving spoons and holding the bread loaf to slice bread. I did expect freshly made coffee and not a coffee machine. There was only instant decaf for those of us that don’t drink caffeine. We only learned after leaving that there is a pool and spa. Would have been nice if the front desk mentioned this. The hotel is in a very nice location across from the V&A and is quiet. We thought the hotel was overpriced but many of the hotels in London are. So overall nice hotel but not for us.

バスルームにトリートメントがあれば良かったです。 場所はV&Aの目の前でとても好立地でした。サウスケンジントン駅はLift はなくエスカレーターも部分的にしかないので、空港から来る場合はタクシーの方が良いかも！

늘 런던에 가면, 머무는 곳입니다. 장소는 완전 런던 중심지라서, 어디든지 자유롭게 다닐 수 있습니다. 그리고, 시설도 훌륭하고 아침밥도 맛있어요. 수영장도 있으니 이용해 보세요. 시원하게 수영을 하긴 어렵지만 목욕탕보다는 훨씬 좋아요.

位置非常優越，在倫敦市中心區，V&A博物館對面，可以步行至自然歷史博物館、科學博物館、帝國理工、肯辛頓宮，附近餐飲、購物也非常方便。早餐是英式的，餐廳環境好、出品也不錯，我吃了六頓也不厭。住的俱樂部房，在倫敦算大的，設施齊全，就是衞生間的裝修比較舊了。

酒店位置很好，離southkensington station步行5-6分鐘，station附近有很多吃的。酒店斜對面是V&A博物館，逛博物館買V&A紀念品非常方便（也少了不少交通費，倫敦交通所費不貲）。酒店離歷史博物館和帝國理工也很近，從exhibition Rd過去很方便。出酒店走到哈羅德也方便。酒店大堂的英國小夥很熱情，幫忙搬行李，進出都熱情問候，感覺温暖。俱樂部房間挺大，在倫敦寸土寸金的地方難得，也提供拖鞋、洗髮沐浴及乳液，但沒有牙具，免費水衹有第一天有，後面幾天沒有再添加，毛巾有些硬。酒店雖然就在馬路邊上，但聽不到馬路上的嘈雜，但它內部隔音一般，好在住店者説話都很輕。酒店早餐不錯，英式酒店早餐一成不變。設施有些老，電梯刷卡總要刷幾次。

酒店離南肯辛頓地鐵站走路十來分鐘，不算很近，離VA博物館，自然歷史博物館，帝國理工大學很近。 性價比一般。

地理位置絕佳，就在V&A對面。酒店很英式，早餐很棒，該有的都有。服務員和酒店管理人員都很熱情。

房間乾淨寬敞，位置環境都超級棒。到倫敦還會住這裏
