Avis : Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & SPA

Nous avons eu une belle chambre mais la litterie étais sale, il y avais du sang sur le -coussin . Les draps et serviette sentais la friture. Le service client était très bien Le restaurant moyen … Mais au vu du prix ça restais agréable dans l’ensemble

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel ! Il est idéalement situé, à distance de marche de la centrale électrique de Battersea et tout près du parc. Les équipements sont également très bien entretenus. Notre seul bémol : un seul ascenseur fonctionnait pendant notre séjour. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Hôtel vraiment excellent, chambre spacieuse et prestations de grande qualité. J'ai adoré le sauna et la piscine chauffée.

Super hôtel, tout était exactement comme nous l'espérions et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le personnel était très arrangeant et sympathique. Très proche du parc Battersea, un endroit fabuleux à visiter

Lovely hotel just pity about weather and train strike but nothing to do with hotel we were walking distance from power station

The place is ok for the price but I was put into a room that had no running water. I am as then moved to another one which was smaller intense of at least being offered a better room. The manager tried offering me breakfast to compensate to which I replied I wouldn’t be able to as I had breakfast arrangements already. So he left it at that. Plus only one lift worked in the entire building.  Imagine 11 floors being assigned by 1 lift where a max of 5 people can fit it. Nightmare.  On paper the place works. In reality it lacks TLC.

Great stay & lovely staff

Really enjoyed staying here. Hotel was very comfortable with good facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very good location. The hotel is good but my room was facing to the railway tracks so i could hear the sound of the train. Their weakness point is their staff. I work in hospitality and there are certain standards that you have to follow to provide quality service. Reception is available 24h but i called twice from my room (at midnight) and nobody picked up the phone. Finally, i had to come to the reception to inform them something was going on with my phone. That two night receptionist looked at me like if i was crazy and told me my phone was working because there was signal (Of course it was working, they just weren't answering my calls and were sitting around doing nothing). I asked them for a bottle opener and their answer was " we do not have". That's imposible in a 4 stars hotel so what i take away from this hotel is that they simply didn't want to help me. Also they weren't able to help me connect my device to the TV. The only staff good point was they gave me late check out until 12:30 for free. That's why i give you 2/5.

It was really nice trip

Had a lovely welcome upon arrival and our room was ready early which was a real bonus. The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed . We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed again which was really disappointing. Nevertheless, the bedroom was lovely and quiet at night, the breakfast staff were helpful and accomodating and the breakfast options were first class. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would go back again as it was so convenient for the Battersea area which is so much nicer and pleasant than London
