All are under normal level but only location is better , I might not choose it again if come back London .

Great location. Rooms are very small and no other amenities. We only stayed here for the convenient location.

A great stat at The Z Victoria, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome! As a Z member get a fab perk of a glass of wine and a cheese plate, yummy!!! Room was spotlessly clean and room well thought out for the traveller! Loved the cute toiletries in the room!

We frequently stay at Z hotels when visiting London. The staff are so welcoming and provide excellent customer service and knowledge of the surrounding area. The rooms are compact, but are perfect for a weekend stay- providing all you need. The Z member complimentary cheese and wine is great after a busy day shopping. Lastly thank you for our complimentary Birthday drinks- which was a great surprise and not expected :)

Stayed at the Z Hotel Victoria London. Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff are all very good. Quality of food is excellent. The hotel is also very strategic a- a few mins from Victoria Coach Station, Victoria Train station and 12 mins from Buckingham Palace . Overally i would give them 5 star rating.
