La chambre est toute petite, on ne peut pas ouvrir ses bagages, elle ne fait que 70 pieds ; le matelas est enfoncé, on ne peut pas dormir, ça provoque des maux de dos, c'est un souvenir douloureux, je ne reviendrai plus jamais, ne le fais pas parce que vous êtes pressé.

J'y retournerais sans hésiter, cet hôtel était parfait pour moi en tant que voyageur solo pour un séjour d'une nuit. J'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part du monsieur à la réception, j'allais payer les 5 £ pour qu'ils gardent mon sac, mais comme ma chambre était disponible, ils m'ont permis de m'enregistrer plus tôt (vers 13h00), ce dont j'étais reconnaissant. C'était à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Victoria, donc très central et facile d'accès. La chambre était très propre, bien décorée. Je pense que c'était un excellent prix (113 £ le samedi, en été !). J'étais content du petit espace, de la douche/toilettes compactes, j'étais très à l'aise. Si vous cherchez un hôtel avec des gadgets, beaucoup d'espace, etc., ce n'est pas pour vous, c'est un espace basique qui fait bien le travail :) l'hôtel annonce exactement à quoi s'attendre, ce qui est utile.

Travelling for work (a charity) we needed to book a "budget" hotel in London. No easy task, but EasyHotel suited the purse strings, so we booked. THEN we looked at the photographs online, and I won't lie, I wasn't looking forward to staying. BUT...we were very pleasanlty surprised. The online photographs do it no justice whatsoever, and we really needn't have worried. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the check-in process was straight forward. Contrary to other reviews I had read, you CAN get free wi-fi, and you CAN have a hairdryer in your room if you ask at reception. The other reviews said you had to pay for both...that's not the case. Four of us had a double room each which were all "cosy" but absolutely fine for an overnight stay or two. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The photographs we looked at showed the rooms as being sparse white boxes without even a bedside table, and not a socket in sight. In reality, there was a bedside table, and not just one but 4 sockets, as well as USB connections. All sockets perfectly placed for plugging in the hairdryer in front of the full length mirror....there's nothing worse than a badly-placed hotel room socket which doesn't allow you to try your hair in front of the mirror! The TV was wall-mounted at the end of the bed and had lots of freeview channels. One of the other walls was decorated with a nice London skyline feature. The bathrooms are pre-moulded pod style, with the shower as part of a wet-room setup, with a shower curtain. Not my favourite thing, but for one or two nights, it's fine. Again...spotlessly clean with complimentary hair/body wash and enough loo roll. I was also happy to see the bathroom was white, and not the gaudy orange I had seen in photographs! Oh...and the towels are fluffy, clean and a good size. The immediate area has lovely bars/restaurants/cafes/local shops (Little Waitrose and Tesco Local, alongside a couple of chemists), so we were well fed and watered, within easy walking distance. The reason for the 4-star review and not 5-star is down to two things. Firstly, the fire alarm which went off at 2.30am. So, it's good to know it was working of course, however guests were all left standing about without a member of staff to tell us it was a false alarm. The second thing is the fact there are no tea/coffee making facilties in the room....but for the price, we couldn't really complain too much about that.

Absolutely thrilled. Brilliant hotel, super super clean. Great location. Easy to find. Will definitely stay again. Not at all bothered with no kettle etc in room as eateries close by. Uber was really handy. Corner shop few paces away. Incredible value for money
