Welcome to The Hap Haven, our charming lakefront property in East Texas, a hidden gem just 2.5 hours from DFW and 1.5 hours from Shreveport. The spacious Primary Bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning views of the pool and lake. Our cozy Bunk Room, ideal for families or groups, includes two twin beds and two full beds, while the Guest Bedroom offers two queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all. The fully equipped chef's kitchen makes preparing meals a delight, and you can unwind by taking a refreshing dip in our private pool. Enjoy direct lake access with our private dock, perfect for fishing, boating(byob- bring your own boat, boat slip available at additional cost just ask our host), or simply taking in the beautiful scenery. A golf cart is provided so you can go get donuts down the street in the morning or take it to Rocky Adventures for a day full of fun. Embark on lake adventures using our kayaks and paddle boards. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will love our Blackstone griddle and smoker, perfect for grilling delicious meals while enjoying the lake breeze.
