The unit is in an amenity-rich, carefully manicured community, with 750 feet of splendid Gulf frontage, two heated swimming pools (one adult and one family), a spa, a sauna, shuffleboard, clubhouse, with game room, library & kitchen, fitness center, and eight Har-Tru tennis courts (with an on-site tennis pro available for lessons). There is an elevator and also a grocery cart and a luggage cart close to the elevator to use. The unit has its own covered reserved parking and there is plenty of guest parking available. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the complex and are already set up for you on the beach.
