Accès plage, piscine Endroit de reve au calme pour se reposer ou rien ne manque Chambre très confortable, propre avec vue mer pour certaines chambres. Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois et nous y retournerons

My wife and I sadly left today ! What a great property to stay at. Firstly I will just state the few negative things to be balanced. The front units parallel to gulf of Mexico drive get a little road noise. Not a terrible amount thankfully. The units that are stacked you can sometimes hear the people above. Again not a huge concern. Just be aware of the potential. Now for the great things ! This place has access to a stretch of beautiful beach, just steps from your room. There is an outside heated pool ! While it was a little chilly for our liking. A few people were enjoying the pool during our stay . There is a few gas grills on site to use if you desire. My favorite part of the property is classic feel. It's not a mega resort . Did I mention the awesome beach? I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location. Clean and budget friendly. Nice close beach and pool. The desk (Lisa) made our early check-in work! We will stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area. All around pleasant visit.

We found ourselves in a bad situation with another place we booked and one phone call to Lisa and she made are day! Same-day reservations! Our unit #20 was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean! Plenty of towels, great tv and cable stations to choose from. We love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa for all you do!! We had a wonderful time thanks to you!!

Stayed 2 nights here in unit 42, and it was the highlight of my trip to Florida. I don't see how anyone can give this place a negative review. It was the perfect beachside apartment style room with everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The patio out back was perfect, and it led right to the gorgeous white sand beach! They even offer free chairs for the beach. Just be courteous and bring them back where you got them (most hotels charge extra for beach chairs). The staff was really friendly and even called me back quickly when I lost one of the hotel keys. She was also nice enough not to charge me for the missing key even though I was fully prepared to pay for a replacement. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 43. Such a relaxing place with a nice pool, steps from the beach and free beach chairs. The staff were super friendly….thanks for your help with the room Katherine! We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

Stay away!! Disgusting and dirty! The room is so old most if the tiles in tub were broken and the drain was rusty and dirty! The water dud not drain… the furniture is about 30 years old and looks like it was never cleaned…we lifted the chair cushion on dining chairs to not get them wet… the foam was so old and discolored from dirt… they have a book of rules and regulations and it’s completely uncomfortable to be there… the pool is not heated and you have to drag your chair down to the beach and back! How this place doesn’t get condemned i have no idea but don’t waste your money!!!!

So, I have to say I was worried when I found a negative review and my SIL suggested this place. My worries were unfounded. This place is sweet, quaint, and worth a return. Not the Hilton, but very “old Florida”. Our unit had beach decor, terra cotta floors, paneled walls painted white, a small kitchenette, and a small bathroom with old 50’s pink and green tile. I wouldn’t change it. You walk out to the swimming pool, a grill, and the beach within steps. The main office has books and movies you can check out. I don’t think housekeeping comes unless you ask. If what I described sounds great, you’ll love this place as much as I do.
