南昆山能有這樣的民宿，真的難得！地方不大但設施到位！尤其喜歡這裡的裝修風格！設計師審美還是在線，附近交通方便很容易找，周邊特別多農莊，可以吃到地道的惠州菜！酒店的雙床房無論是親子還是情侶都很合適，主打一個空間大，也有獨立泡池！戶外也有泳池！小朋友肯定很喜歡，大人喜歡拍照打卡這裡風景絕絕子 溫泉水可以泡兩次，水預留足夠多，喜歡泡溫泉的可以泡個盡興 說完好的地方，說說我覺得要改進的，我實在不想違背良心！雖然店家有給我打折，一開始服務態度再線上溝通的時候都流暢舒服，到了現場 首先我個人是沒有非得要店家提供下午茶和晚安糖水服務，但店家自己答應送。我是喜歡旅拍所以送給我也只不過希望把拍攝效果看起來更好看，而且是他們說送，結果下午太陽下山4 5點都沒有 我頭一次主動問不是有下午茶嗎他們才送來了，晚安牛奶直接失憶沒送，我可沒有臉再提醒他們送我第二次，但我覺得你答應最好做到，做不到不要說，說者無心聽者有意，早餐不能房間吃，我也理解，但是管家微信在我咨詢早餐能不能送到房間的時候沒有人理會，我只能等回復，直接錯過了吃早餐時間。到了快中午吃飯時間管家說才看到信息，問我還要不要下來吃早餐，首先我可以不吃，但如果你這個時候才回復我吃不吃，我很尷尬，我還吃不吃午飯，所以我兩天都沒吃這家民宿早餐！開始影響我的心情，我不強求！後面第二天他們說給我買點下午茶拍攝用，我也不抱希望，果然 一個蛋糕 一杯咖啡， 我們兩個人入住，要麼不送，你送一份，另一個看著對方吃嗎，即便我拍攝，兩個人出現 放著一杯咖啡一個蛋糕構圖合理嗎，我最後自己點了水果盤上去算了！我覺得多少有點小氣格局不行，這個價格的民宿，在深圳都是包下午茶，早餐，並且送上門檔次還在這之上，但是這裡即便你不包下午茶我也無所謂，就是不要答應了以後忘記，直接影響客戶體驗！樓頂的房間最貴，一切都很好，但我不懂最基本乾濕分離怎麼做不好，洗完，外面如廁的地方地都濕了，這是我覺得設計的缺陷！最不應該發生在最貴的房型裡面！而且目前反應的服務缺失，還是發生在工作日週一週二，入住率就我們，頂多再多一兩個散客，還不是假日入住爆滿，這樣的人流，都可以服務失憶我確實不想理解他們有多忘事！ 整體這個度假衝著二人世界，美景 溫泉我覺得80分，但是服務和房型價格息息相關，希望店家真的可以給到客戶一分錢一分貨的性價比！不然再問我要不要推薦這家民宿，服務一但不好，不會再來第二次
