"We had a lovely 2 night stay at Bridgeside B & B. The hotel was well located for everything Looe has to offer. The room was on the top floor with amazing views of the estuary. Breakfast was good, Sammy the owner really helpful and staff really friendly. We would stay again if we were in Looe. Best to book with hotel directly rather than booking sites. We had no trouble at all parking in Millpool carpark."

Nous avons été accueillis avec le plus chaleureux bienvenu et une belle chambre sans spot, confortable avec une vue merveilleuse et une bouteille de vin froid pour profiter de cette maison. Nous avions un chien avec nous, qui m'inquiétait, ce serait une question, mais ils l'ont accueilli avec des traités et des conneries et l'ont fait aussi bienvenu que nous. Nous avons pu aller à la ville (environ 20 minutes) et nous avons trouvé une bonne sélection de restaurants amicaux pour chiens et nous recommanderions très fortement cet hôtel pour une visite à Looe."

"We were excited to visit The Gate, it’s a short drive from Looe and easy to find and park. The dining room has large open windows looking into the garden and an interesting shape room that we liked. The waitresses gave good service. We ordered some small plates to share which included the turbot with a very attractive clotted cream sauce and green oil, pig cheek, hispi cabbage with asian flavours, and chicken wings. It was all really lovely and beautifully presented. We are really looking forward to visiting again."

Hotel cozy and comfortable with convenient access to local transport . Breakfasts are a delight with lots of choice and food cooked to order and beautifully presented ."

"This hotel is fabulous and Ella is the most conscientious and considerate owner/manager anyone could hope for. The freshly prepared breakfasts are superb. Our room (Skylark) was very spacious, with a well stocked supply of hot drinks and even fresh milk, comfy bed and great ensuite shower. We stayed for 3 nights with 3 other couples to do some South West Coastal Path walking The only minor glitch is that the SatNav link on Google tried to navigate us down a no- through road. For ease of reference the steep entrance is by the Globe Inn and train station."
